Tried to get a wideband O2 reading today by sticking the sensor in the exhaust outlet but didn’t get a good reading (usually works on cars with more cylinders). I guess the one cylinder sends the exhaust in strong pulses so I need to locate the sensor closer to the engine.
Can I get a reading by welding a bung in the second to last chamber in the muffler?
Sunk my Grizz on w-end, didn’t have time to shut it off!
Drained water, changed oil couple times, no problem starting it but it has a terrible loud rapping sound. Kinda sounds like a wrist pin in 2 strokes but way louder. With a screwdriver thru spark plug hole i can’t feel any slop when rocking the crank back & forth.

Anyone have experience with this? I’ve ordered my timing chain it’s should be here in a week or so but I want everything ready to go. I’ve seen some videos on YouTube . some say I need a Yamaha tool for this job. it’s kind of pricey. any other suggestions?
Have an oil leak where the driveshaft connects at the disk break. I can pull back that rubber piece and oil leaks out. Any idea why? Thanks in advance.
