Clutch help!

Hello everyone im new to the grizzly repairs and have some questions on the clutch. I have a 09 450 grizzly 4×4 with 27 silverbacks on it. The issue is if u put it in gear and try to go it revs up real high then gradually grab and begin to roll eventually it will catch and move some. The question i have is if thats the wet clutch causing it. I was told by some it was a belt issue but i have replaced it with same results as before. The belt was in decent shape but replaced it anyway. Im not sure on where to start. I do not really mud on a regular basis its more of a hunting atv and my fiance just randomly rides It so i dont need any mud kits but would like to know where the best place to get the parts would be to fix this issue. Thanks in advance for any info.

2014 Grizzly 700 Outlaw Axle HELP!

hey guys, new to the forum.
i am helping a friend with his grizzly as we are trying to go ride this Saturday!
we have ran into a problem last week.
he has a 2 inch high lifter lift, and 28 inch ITP mega mayhems.
he right side factory axle broke so he ordered an upgraded outlaw axle from high lifter.
the only torque spec we could find was 190lbs
seems way to high to me, but that’s what we tried and the new axle snapped in less than 50 feet!!
the torque spec on the axle nut is the only thing that we can think of that we might have done wrong.
we now have another axle (another outlaw dht) and are in a time crunch for ride time so any help would be awesome!
we don’t want to repeat the same results! lol

so basically, what could we have done wrong? and is 190lbs seem right to you guys??
we used a nice snap-on torque wrench that we know is accurate.

BTW, this is the right side rear axle. the new outlaw axle just snapped at the outer joint closer to the hub. ripped the boot apart and everything.

2007 Griz 400 4×4 servo motor

No 4×4 when switch is pressed. Tested switch per the svc manual, good. Have the correct 12volt signals at the servo connector when switched fro 2wd to 4wd vice versa. removed the servo and cleaned the mode switch and tested per the svc manual for operation. Good to go.

Bad connector to the servo? I don’t want to spend the bucks on a servo motor or the assy.

HELP!!

Thanks

Hey i need 250 votes in 24 hours EHS RACING

** this isn’t spam I know it sounds like it lol**

I just found out about this program im giving it a shot, problem is I need 250 votes by tomorrow to be eligible.

program is where they are giving 100k to 20 different business all you have to do is give me a vote and I can be eligible. If you have your own business check it out actually looks like a good opportunity to receive a grant

couple clicks is all it takes and a face book account nothing else I just found out about yesterday why I didnt do it before but I think I can swing 250 votes in 1 day

If I get a 100k grant I promise there will be some new exciting parts for the grizz 🙂

2002 Grizzly 660 Overheating – Fan operating slowly

Looking for some diagnosis assistance. My 2002 Grizzly 660 has just recently started overheating (only my last 2 rides). I’ve noticed that at the time the light came on, that the fan was not running. I looked and it did not appear to be obstructed or overly dirty. I stuck a stick in and was able to get the blade to spin. While spinning it was running extremely slowly (I’d guess about 10-20% of the normal spead). you could barely hear it. I recalll when it runs correctly, it is very loud that you could hear it, and even feel the heat blowing onto my legs.

after 7 to 10 minutes of run time, the light came off.

Any thoughts on what could cause the fan to operate slowly? Or not engage?
Does this sound like it’s time for a new fan? Or some diagnosis.

Appreciate any help!!
