When I place my 2009 Grizzly 450 in reverse and give it 1/2 throttle or so the ignition starts breaking up at higher rpm. Is this normal? If not, does anyone know of a fix? Thanks in advance.

How much psi is in the lines l!?!? I looked every where in manual and on line and cant find it can some one please tell me?

Hi guys my 550 non EPS pulls to the right when I slow down to about 5-10 MPH I think it’s the front diff going in and out of 4wd on it’s own. It happens in the rain. I did not notice it when dry.

If any of you are familiar with me I have down tons of work to my grizz. complete rebuild. Somewhere along the line I stripped 2 of my 4 cylinder head bolts a little. they worked loose causing. it to leak oil. I was wondering if any of you know the thread pitch on the M8 bolts? And would you recommend time cert or helicoil ?

I’m looking to get some more top speed from my 2014 grizz 700.
Right now I have a bulletbox from ehs with their lid and a k&n filter and a 2r tip.
So I plan on getting a jbs machined sheave and modifying my cam plate.
1. What is the part number for a cam plate for a 700 so I can keep my stocker for backup.

2. The 2mm of cam plate adjustment will raise top speed. But at what point will the weights be riding in that new 2mm adjustment essentially making it "not as quick" as it was before ( where am I losing acceleration to gain top speed?)

3. Will I see any top speed increase with just a machined sheave with the od weights?

Does anybody know if a Primary sheave from a grizzly 700 will fit a 660 grizzly.

Can someone tell me if there is a difference in the 2007 and 2008 700 engine crankcase? Yamaha shows a slightly different part number, but I am under the impression they are interchangeable? I also noticed on ebay that they have a new case for a 2007 only and another auction for a 2008-2014. Am I missing something?

Have an 09 700 leaking fuel from the vent hose off the rollover valve. Does that mean the valve is bad or something else going on?

Just have a quick question: I took my air box off and now going to put it back on and there are 2 hoses that connect to nipples on the bottom of the air box, one is large and then a smaller one…

I have the large one connected but cannot seem to find the smaller one and u don’t remember taking it off in the first place. So my question is would it be okay to just plug the nipple on the air box? I assume there some sort of vent line
