ROX Riser/handlebar install

So I installed my ROX/Fly bar set today.

1. The 1st pic is of the "stupid" tabs I talked about in another
post.

2. Pic is of a pinched wire I found. Don’t let that happen.

3. Pic of position of the risers. Notice that I forgot the dash plate? Don’t do that. You have to backtrack a little when you do that.:icon_ goofy:

4. Everything in position. Notice: I still hadn’t figured out that I’d forgotten to install the plate.
:icon_ laughup::icon_ laughup::icon_ laughup:

5. ODI clamp on grips. Be sure to leave a little space for the end cap.

6. End cap installed. I used a flat tip to spread the clamp open just enough to snap it in.

Rattling noise coming from front right side

I just recently got a 2015 Grizzly 700. The last two rides I noticed that when I would get into higher rpms that I would hear a distinct rattling noise from front right side. It sure sounds like exhaust heat shield noises. I have no doubt its not coming from front diff or the clutch. I have read about the shields coming loose but is this common on a new machine? Only has 35 miles on it.

CV boot replacement question

I have a small hole in my right rear CV boot. It seeps a little and is not slinging grease everywhere.

When and if I can replace the boot myself, what grease do you recommend? Is a multi purpose grease or bearing grease ok? Or do I need something special?

Thanks in advance!

Frankinbrake

I am getting frustrated with my brakes. I had a miss hap when the caliper bolts broke off or shook of the rear. I had put new pads in I think they got cock eyed against the caliper plate. I think the pads had some burs on them causing the issue. I filed the pad plate to fit better and reassembled. I noticed the caliper was moving side to side when I rand it with out a tire. Well I replaced the bearing still had caliper wobble. Replaced the disc or rotor still had wobble. When I mic the hub I get 10 thou run out from the hub to the wise bone on two of the bolt spots were the rotor hooks up. Would 10 thou on the hub cause the rotor to wobble the caliper to the point you can see it with the naked eye. The other side does not move. all I have left is to replace the hub or the wise bone or the axle. what do you fellows think?:icon_ cry:

Grizzly 125

Hey guys, quick question. Just bought a Grizzly 125 for my little guy, and while unloading it on the the ramps off the back of the truck, I found that the bottom mounting bolt from the rear shock was broke from the body of the shock.. Will a shock from a Grizzly 80 mount right on??
