I put new superatv.com axles on a 550 grizzly. I realize that it "depends" on what happened to it. There holes in both boots on one axle in the first 100 miles. When I feel it compared to spare boots i have for the stock axles they seem to be much softer and flexible. Is there a problem with them ripping?
The next issue I have is I can not get them apart. I have looked at video’s with the taking out the big clip. I have tried in several different places and have been unable to feel any clip. Any input would be appreciated.
I noticed today that when turning either which way at full turn or close to it that there’s a cracking noise coming from the steering somewhere.I’ve eliminated the CV axles thinking it was them but its not.i jacked it up and by turning the wheels sounds like it may be coming from the steering stem right down from the handle bars .checked the tie rods and no play in those and not hitting anything..anyone know what it could be before I tear it apart ?

Hello fellow grizzly riders!! I’m in the process of changing a axle boot. It’s the front outer boot. I’ve got the whole axle off. Took the clips off the cup & bearing cage. But it won’t slide out like the other ones have. Anyone else have this problem if so what’s the solution? Thanks again

Got me a new 2013 700 eps today. already got the red body off for sale. Will be swapping to tactical black.
Was on clearance sale so i wanted to do this, plus i got all the body work for under 500, canvassed the best prices online.
Ive done this before on my 2011 rancher, was on clearance too, green, swapped to white body. sold that bike today, held good value.
what would be a good flat black/matte paint that would look good on a 660 grizzly? i’m looking at getting some plastics and maybe painting them..since i’m guessing what i can get my hands on,are all going to be different body color plastics..think i might have the front section locked down, but thats it so far..had thought about plastic dip paint..i like that it could be taken off if i dont like it..but i’m not sure how well it would stick, etc
anyway, just looking for a few suggestions..i’d love to buy a 700 tatical..but its not going to happen, lol thanks
Looking to replace both rears as they are original on my 08 and have been clicking forever. Looked on the super atv sits and they have rhino and a rhino ADR. What the difference? Is the ADR at least as good as stock? It’s about $80 cheaper.
One more question. I have a front that is locked up. I replaced the other side already but if I go with rhino axles, would one side being oem and the other being the larger rhino make the front act weird?
