I know this has been discussed before, but could not find it. Will a GPS program work in an IPAD Mini (1st generation) with JUST wifi (obviously no wifi out in the toolys LOL).
Also best APP for it. Trying to decide between the Mini & just a regular Garmin (garmin can’t stream music or store service manual )
I found a used Nexus Generation 2. I did a Google search on the GPS and found a slew of negatives about the GPS. Does anyone know if this issue was fixed? Hardware or software issue?

im new to the gps and i am having issues with it. i am planning a trip to the piute trail out of marysvale ut on the 4th of july. i was looking for some maps or tracks that people had of the area.or any advice or tips on using the motion x app on ipad mini. thanks in advance for the help.
One annoying thing about Oruxmaps is not having the ability to change track colors. I have a trip coming up to New Hampshire and I would like to be able to display tracks from previous days of riding to avoid riding the same trails. It would be so much easier to do this if the tracks were different colors. I am using a Mac computer now and don’t know if this limits me or not. I have already looked at Basecamp but have not been able to change colors with that. I need something easy since I will be on the road. Any suggestions?
Has anyone tried the Polaris RiderX app? It seems very simple to use, but I’m not sure how well it would work. One good thing it has is a bluetooth interface. If you buy the Polaris diagnostic port dongle it will project gauges with all the engine vitals onto the RiderX GPS app.
Thanks
Mark
