Hi I ruled my rzr this weekend an everything still looks an run fine but the tire is bent out not in an I don’t have any idea what it could be… wouldn’t a tie rod be bent in not out?

2015 high lifter no power at the key

Need help? I have a 2015 high lifter with 6 hours on the machine. Never had a problem. I wired after market light bars to the winch accessory lug so that I would only have power when the key is on. All wiring had relays and fuses in the harnesses. When all 3 LED lights were on at once the lights stut off. I must have tripped something. I have no power at the key or any dash accessories, and I haven’t found any blown fuses. Battery is fully charged. Where do I look to find the problem.

Help , need to suck him down .

HA ! What were you thinking ? I have a 2015 rzr 900 trail . I need to pull the height down 4" in the rear so it will fit into my closed in trailer . Local dealer said all of the bigger Rzr s come in with ratchet tie downs to suck them down ….He gave me some of them but there is no way I can do it with those lil things and I am concerned about bending whatever I hook on to with a bigger ratchet tie down . Any ideas ?

Need Info on 2010 Rzr 800

Well I’m back in the Po-Po world. Used to own a RZR XP900 and sold her and now I have a 2010 Rzr 800 50". I would like to get some info if someone can help me. I realize that some of the questions can be bias and very subjective but I like to see what everyone is running and do my on research. If I forgot something please add it too the list. Thanks a bunch.

1. CVT belt Number. Polaris number and Gates or any other brand numbers.
2. Spark Plug number, most likely will run NGK unless the Rzr runs on something better.
3. Service Manual
4. Air Filter number
5. Recommended fluids for front-rear-tranny and engine. Is Polaris kit the best to use??? I know this question is very subjective. The guys that don’t use the Polaris Kit please give me weights.
6. What clutching are you using??? Another subjective question…
7. Recommended axles OEM or off brand
8. Best bushings OEM or off brand?

2010 Ranger RZR 800 50″ front end tie rod question

I rebuilt the front end ,{bushings ball joints tie rod ends.) with American star.
Previous owner had 2" spacers on the white spring shocks which gave it quite a lift, also has 14" Polaris Alluminum wheels and 27" dirt commanders new…I bought. I didnt notice at tear down , but the bleed screw on caliper is like less than 18 in. maybe 116 away from touching the long tie rod end bolt with cotter pin hole??? is this normal? I cant tell in the 873 pics i took before…LOL
Also i checked a arms installed correct . I dont see how i could have caliper upsidedown?

800 Cam tolerance

Please help. I just bought a 2012 800 with 750 miles. Drove it 10, and the engine is toast. Disassembled it and one rod bearing is bad, the other got extremely hot, the cam is very worn, lifters worn, balancing shaft got hot at bearings. Ordered new crank assembly, cam, lifters, bearings, pistons, seals, etc. Two questions; first, the case has some rough spots on the cam journals. Can they be cleaned up and the case be reused or will the tolerances be too loose? What are the tolerances on the cam in the journals? I guess three questions. Should I replace the balancing shaft as well?
