front differential RZR 1000

Hi, I have an RZR 1000 year 2014, I was doing some jumps the other day, no that high, just a couple of meters, and since then the RZR was pulling to the left periodically, almost as if the tyre had gone flat. So I looked at the drive shafts going into the differential and it looked like you could push them in by hand so that they were engaging better, it looked like they had come out by about 10mm, so I pushed them and they seemed to go into place.

I then took the RZR out for a drive and it still had the same problem but when I came back I had only gone for about 15km mostly tarmac, and it had spat at least a litre of oil out of the overflow ? So I suspect there is something wrong with the differential ?

Any ideas would be very much appreciated please.

Kind regards

Mark

Rzr 1000 Doors/Enclosure

Anyone have good/bad experiences to share with enclosures. I am looking to buy upper and lower doors for my 2014 Rzr 1000XP. I’ve looked at enclosure on sidebyside.com but it says the doors (upper and lower) are Velcro attached to stock door? Seems like that would be problematic and not very durable. Polaris says on website that their doors "integrate" to existing stock door. Does anyone know what integrate means? Is that bolt to door? mechanically attach etc..???? If so, I’d think the Polaris doors are the way to go for durability standpoint?? Any help appreciated!!

XP 1000 Free Wheeling

My 2015 XP 1000 is not free wheeling like it used to. Going down hills the clutch would release around 10 or so miles per hour. Now it stays engaged except at very slow speeds such as 4 MPH or less before free wheeling starts. I actually like the additional engine breaking that this results in but am afraid that something has failed or is being damaged. My RZR XP 1000 has about 1400 miles one it with the original belt.

Does anybody have a suggestion as to what is causing this and what to do to correct it?
