Rzr 800 turbo dyno numbers????

I have a dragonfire turbo on my rzr setup for 6 psi. Wondering what kind of hp it’s suppose to make? Anybody have any old dyno pulls or know for sure the hp I should be making on a stock rzr s motor? Also came across a tsi complete turbo whil horse trading. Wondering which of the two is the better turbo setup for longevity and hp? Dragonfire or tsi. Thanks. I was told the dragonfire uses a bigger turbo so more power? But the tsi has a intercooler the dragonfire does not

RZR 900 Turbo help…

Hey guys, new to this RZR site. I’m an old motor cross racer / go kart racer / 4 wheeler rider. Here’s what I got. I just bought a 2012 RZR. Got it for 12k. This thing has it all: Turbo, aftermarket suspension, lift, winch, overhead stereo box, LED’s, seats and 4 point harness… and the list goes on. Who ever built this knew what they were doing. The guy that had it was loaded and I think was afraid of it. This is my first RZR and I’ll post pics so you guys can help me figure out what I have on it. One question I have is when I’m pulling out from a dead stop, it will surge or jump just a little. Not as smooth as I would like it or a stock RZR would. Any ideas? I’m a aircraft / diesel mechanic and I know a lot about mechanical gadgets, but like I said I’m new to the RZR’s. Anything I need to look out for. This thing is clean, runs and sounds great. I’ve only drove it a few times across a field, turbo spooled up fine and waste gate worked when I lifted off the throttle. It seams like it has a heck of a lot of power, but I haven’t put it up against another RZR to see and I haven’t stretched it’s legs yet. Let me know what you think.

Clutch weight advise turbo rzr xp 900

I need some advice on clutch weight. I have a 2012 xp 900 with k&t turbo kit with alba ported head and all the supporting mods currently running 18 psi on c16. I also run the jj & a clutch brace. Wondering what range i should be running weight wise with these mods. I also have the team industries rapid response clutch with adjustable weight kit. I bought the machine from a buddy of mine and the weights on it weigh 67 grams the machine runs great but a lil laggy on lowend wondering if anyone has some advice on where i should be gram wise with this setup thanks.

How much timing to pull

Looking for some advice. I am new to turbos and had a RZR 1000 XP4 with a Silber Turbo Kit I just installed. I decided to go with the Autotune and just installed it. I am running stock internals for now but will upgrade soon, I hope. For now I am running with no spring in the wastegate and hitting about 8 PSI. I want to pull timing but not sure how much. I’ve heard .5 -1.0 per pound of boost. Can I pull more? How much is too much? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
