Xp900 turbo sizing/feuling

So winter boredom and a broken foot that’s gonna keep me off the sled this season has me thinking bout building my own turbo setup. Air to air cooled, low psi setup (6# or so) tune it on the safe side and hope for the best…

Two questions maybe someone can help a guy out:

Injectors? Jus go bigger or add a 3rd?

What physical size / specs of turbo will get me in the ballpark?

T3/T4 internally gated deal in my position but needa pull it apart and get some measurements. Or theres hundreds of cheap td04 type turbos here local, of corse if there not too big

I was gonna put an Apex motor in my 1000, plans have changed so I think I’m just gonna turbo it now. The big decision is what kit?….
Packard has video’s showing 148hp at the wheels at 4psi! I’ve been doing this stuff for a lot of years and doubling the hp at 4 psi is not possible in my books. Packards stuff does look crazy fast though…….
One Stop Performance has been proven to be one of the fastest out there whether it’s sleds or whatever. Their kit is priced the best as well right now and Jim seems very knowledgeable.
I know MCX is very good, and Boondocker is proven as well. People seem to like the K&T kit as well. Everyone seems to be around 5g’s but OSP is on for $3500 right now. What do you guys think?

injector in a silber setup

Can someone tell me the sizes of the injectors that come in the silber kit for 14 xp 1000.
Would it be possible to replace them for smaller one ? I don’t plan to run over 10 pounds
I think smaller one would be easier to adjust the idle and the cold start !

Hello folks been a while since i was on here,its been a while since ive been doin any buggyin at all. I clipped my front passenger wheel back and i havnt had a chance to get it sorted but im leavin it up with mechanic tomorrow, in the meantime ive bought mysel a 2012 arctic cat wildcat 1000 to give it a go but i havnt ridden it yet cause its also goin to the mechanic tomorrow aswell to get a bunch of parts fitted like winch bumpers roof screen lightend steering bigger brakes and a wet clutch delete kit then it has to go to the disability place to get hand controls fitted so i have been busy, i wonder how it will compare to my rzrs il report on that soon as i get a drive in it plus i shud have my track ready by then. Anyways back to the point, my friend just bought the bog standard mcx express turbo kit for his 2008 rzr, we watched a bunch of videos on you tube with boys sayin they bolted it straight on with no reliability issues. So long as my friend doesnt get to silly with the boost level is it safe enough to just bolt straight on? Can he get away without changin the crankshaft so long as he is sensible with the boost? Thanks
