I started pulling my motor apart today to install my CP low compression pistons and found that polaris had not tightened down an intake hose clamp and it had sucked some dust. It has 43 hours and 4xx miles but no telling how long it has been going on. My fault for not catching it. It felt tight ish but clearly not tight enough.
It was running great and not using any oil before disassembly. Naturally I checked the cylinders over really good and could see some visual scoring but when running the finger over them, I feel nothing. However when I run my fingernail over them, I can jusy feel 1 or 2 of them, but still very minor. I have definitely ran worse before, but not on a boosted engine.
I would greatly appreciate your opinion whether I should throw it together and try it , big bore kit, or just replace the stock cylinder? Other options? I am kinda on a budget but if not reusing the cylinder is a must, I can deal with that.
I like the sparks BBK as it uses a closed deck design, but I feel that going to 96mm pistons may make my stock rods less adequate to hold up to 15psi on E85… thoughts?
Has anyone had to add a scavenge pump for exhaust oiling issues? Where my turbo mounts and the enterance into to case is only a couple inches in difference so I’m getting oil backing up the turbo oil output line and causing it to dump oil into my exhaust. I added a turbo were mini scavenge pump and it sucks the line dry, but now I’m worried about pulling too much oil out of the turbo. I bought this Rzr with the turbo kit on it but I haven’t been able to figure out what king of kit it is. The oil is restricted into the turbo so I’m not putting too much oil in and I just rebuilt the turbo and installed new seals and berrings. Any help is thankful.

So here’s the issue I’m having. I have had the fully built motor for sometime. I recently turned the boost up to 17# and car runs great, AFR values stay at 12.2 which I know is a little towards going to the lean side but my car runs great when in this range if I add more fuel the car starts to sputter after about 8 seconds at WOT. Any idea what is causing the sputter in the top end? Recently added 30’s but I don’t think that’s what’s causing my issue..
I bought a Silber turbo kit for my XP1K from a member here. Ever so patiently awaiting for it to arrive. Lol anyways I need a map for E85. I was in contact with Justin for a few days earlier this week when I was looking at buying a kit from him. He was VERY quick to respond and very helpful… at first.
He told me he could email me the E85 map they have and it is really well set up for up to 25psi. We emailed back and forth MANY times over a couple days and he always emailed me back within a couple minutes. Then I found an awesome deal on a never installed silber kit with some extras. I jumped on it. I emailed him again and told him I bought one of their kits from a member on here. I have even been emailing him and calling trying to buy supporting mods and fans for the underbed intercooler that he told me they have. I have not heard from him since and he won’t even answer the phone. Seems to be typical from what i have read on here about Silber.
Usually I don’t worry if some one doesn’t email or call me back right away, but it has been a few days now and when he was responding it seemed like he was surgically attached to his email.
SOOOOO…. does anyone on here have the E85 map for the XP1K silber turbo kit? Or could some one in good standing with him request it to be emailed to them? I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought a silber turbo kit and plan on running E85. Is there any good reason to buy the AT300 auto tune over the AT200 auto tune? The 300 comes with two O2 sensors, which I know I won’t need 2, but also allows control over individual cylinders….
I don’t think it would be any benefit but wanted to make sure before I buy one today.
Hi everybody. I wanted to let everybody know that the MT. Baldie hill climb at Silver Lake state park in MI is now open to modified RZR’s!! I ran the fall climb and its a blast! You have to be able to climb the hill from a dead stop while on the hill. So your already at a sreep incline with no running start. If you in the area it cost $50 to enter gets you a gareteed voucher and 2 runs. Best time wins. They have a spring run and a fall run. Check out MI sport buggie asc(msba) for more info
