I changed drive belt, didn’t work, I installed new primary clutch, still hitting rev limiter at 6200. I noticed the new belt is riding flush with secondary, not above. Do you think the new belt is already stretched after a few miles on old primary?

I hit a drainage and tore the front right tire off. And now it won’t start. I have the brake switch jumped and it will not crank. If I remove the chassis relay it starts fine but had the engine light on. I don’t think jumping the brake switch turned the brake lights on. Any help would be great. Thanks.

What up to the cottage tried to start my razor. It would crank but would not start. Brought it home to troubleshoot it but couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting and it started and ran fine. Tried starting multiple times with no issues over a couple of hours. Just tried to start it after about 10 days and now it cranks again but will not start. Any ideas of what I should check?

went to the dunes over the weekend and on the 2nd day I lost boost went from 11psi to 2psi and leaking a little of trans fluid in the rear and get a rattle as well. At first I was thinking timing chain but now thinking something worse any ideas?

I have searched everywhere looking for u joints for my 2010 rzr 800 4 seater! Found a post on the napa 338 working and then not working. I have two small ones and on big u joint closest to the trans. Hoping someone with hands on experience could give me exact part numbers for greasable zerk fitting u joints. Thanks just don’t have the time right now to take them in and size them up.

One of the unlucky ones, have a 2016 with the noisy front diff (marbles in the can) and growling driveline noise. Don’t have shim on pinion to move, replaced sprague with billet version a little quieter but still noisy.

Talked to a popo rep and was told in some cases replacing the diff did not resolve any noise issues.

For those that have upgraded from the Model 1333344 to the 1333112 diff, did this resolve marbles in the can noise? Did this resolve the growling driveline noise?

You guys helped me a few weeks ago with my valves and I just got back home to finish it up. I have the cam sprockets lined up with TDC. Every time I go to tighten the carriers down the intake cam will all of a sudden shift and the intake came will be off. How do I keep this from shifting?
