I have a 2013 RZR 570 with ebs it has the one way bearing that has locked up when installing a new one do you have to grease it or just install onto shaft?
New here, trying to gather information for a build and I have a question that I have not found the answer to on the web.
It looks like there is at least one RZR with a gearbox, 4×4, and rear end all in one casing… Then I’ve seen others that look like theres the (spool) rear end seperate from the transfercase/gearbox.. So my question is which of the rzr’s did the case come in that have the transfer case, gearbox, and rear end all in one?

Does anyone prime the oil pump before starting up a rebuilt engine. I have a 900 and really would like to prime it before starting it for the first time. I did use some lucas engine assembly lube, maybe that’s good enough?
Tried a number of searches, couldn’t find anything.
RZR is a 2008 800. The transfer case is leaking along the center seam. Is it possible to remove just the transfer case or or will I have to pull motor/trans to get to it?
Is there a seal there or will I have to make one with a little RTV?
It’s leaking quick enough that it’s become a problem and I don’t want to destroy it.

Hello I am new to the UTV world and I am trying to help a friend with his 2013 xp900. He has been having issues when shifting from park/neutral to either reverse or drive. When he shifts it is real hard to get in gear and will grind when shifting. the issue just started a couple of days ago after he transported it on his trailer. we are not sure where to start looking any help would be appreciated.
I find it hard to believe there are no posts on the billet Sprague but the search brings up nothing. My question is which should I go with? The Direct Drive CNC or the Black Rhino. I’m pretty sure that mine is fine but I have to pull my front diff apart to replace a broken roll pin so I’m gonna do this while I have it apart.
I have a 2012 RZR 800S that is sometimes hard to start and then has an engine miss at idle speed after it starts. Runs fine at higher RPM’s and problem is intermittent. Anyone have any experience with this?
