Looks like my rzr is in need of motor work . I live near Peterborough but am willing to travel.. looking for a shop that has good reviews and knows what they are doing .
Thanks

I’ve got an 08 800 rzr. As the title says, Ive got a good cylinder, but if I’m going to rebuild I’d like to go bigger, either an 82mm or 83mm bore. question is, can I get away with using the existing cylinder (which is still in good condition)or do I need the complete package?

Last weekend riding I sunk my rzr 800s in a creek completely soaking my belt and clutch . It started slipping on me so I drained all the water and everything seemed ok for the rest of the day .
Finally pulled it out of the garage today to wash it and put it in gear and let off the break and it starts moving with no gas also if I hold the break in gear it will start making a terrible squeal . I am no genius but it seems like the clutch is not disengaging as it should . Pulled the cover off the belt /clutch cleaned it with compressed air and it is still doing the same thing ? Any advise or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. There is no way I am taking it to a dealer near me , so I gotta do it myself

I’ve noticed a sound on my last ride that sounds like a small can of nuts and bolts tumbling. I have a ’13 rzr xp 900 4. I checked the front driveline today and the u joints seem ok, the middle one might be a hair loose. Anyone have any ideas? Fluid in the front diff was recently changed. Could this be the driveline?
Is there anyway to get rid of the engine braking? I don’t like it when driving on the street and when i let off the throttle the engine slows me down really fast.
I’m sure at least one vendor here sells a rebuild kit for the diffs. Who’s got the best quality kits ?
I noticed my front pinion seal is leaking, and it feels like I’m getting a little slop in the inner cups. My rear seems ok, but I’d already planned to pull that down this winter to check the pinion nut. So I might as well get the parts now. Hopefully it’ll make it until winter.
