So just bought a 2016 900 4 seater. Breaking it in after about 2 hours I noticed when i put it in high and start to drive the clutch seems to howl/ squeal, ( almost like a stick stuck in a brake rotor.) This is just slowly cruising 1/4 throttle or so and is louder if going up a slight incline. If if i get on it harder, the noise goes away. Driving it down the road just now it almost seems like a belt is slightly squealing under min power, and as soon as the clutch fully engages it stops. (Low gear does it as well just not as noticable. My dads 2013 rzr 900 xp doesnt make this noise. I wasnt sure if its the new 900 motor or if something is wrong. Dealership wants 2.5 weeks before they can even look at it. Any help would be appreciated.

2016 XP1000 Rear End Noise
Just wanting to know if anyone else has had this problem, unloaded off trailer this morning and started riding and started hearing popping noise in the rear. Does it when turning front wheels to right or left. One of my friends grabbed the right rear axle and it looks and feels like it’s moving in and out of rear end. It only has 81 miles and this was the 4th time I’ve taken it out. Loaded it back up on trailer and heading to dealership in the morning, kinda wanting to know what to expect. 636 code and cuts out going up bumpy hills!
I don’t understand whats going on. Before this all happened my muffler cracked and I had it welded. The last three rides I’ve went on it’ll cut out with going up bumpy hills. It got real bad on the second ride and threw a 636 code, but then it went away. Could it be my muffler? This is a 2015 900s.
Primary clutch help
installed my primary last week after getting it back from dealer. torqued it to 96ft/lbs as per manual and everything was fine. Pulled the primary last night to adjust weights and when i reinstalled the primary and went to torque it down the stationary sheeve started turning clockwise while the rest of the clutch stayed in place.
I pulled the bolt out and popped primary off and marked the stationary sheeve and clutch shaft. I reinstalled to see if sheeve was moving on shaft but this time the bolt would spin and not tighten to torque specs got pretty tight but wouldn’t torque down. Pulled primary again and ran primary bolt in without clutch and i can get it to hand tighten the threads on the bolt look fine and i didn’t seem to be pulling threads out of crank, any suggestions?
I have new primary on back order due to small crack in spider i was running this until new one came in.

Xp900 secondary clutch help
Need some help please! I installed a clutch kit last night, primary went just fine, got the spring installed in the secondary, and I can’t seem to get it to seat all the way on the transmission input shaft, looks like it should go on about a 1/2" more, I don’t want to hammer or force it on, since it slid right off. What did I do wrong?

Engine light came on
Ok guys I am new to the RZR world. I have a 2013 RZR-S 800. I was reading the owners manual and noticed a section on taking the slack out of throttle pedal. I have to push pedal down almost 3/4 to a 1" before engine starts to rev and start to engage and move machine. I made the adjustment at the throttle body by turning out the adjuster. Not a problem now I only have to push pedal about 1/4". Here is where the problem starts. I took it for a ride and had no issue until I got into the throttle real hard. The motor started running erratic and losing rpm’s then check engine light come on. I limped it home at a idle. RZR ran great before I made throttle linkage adjustment. Could this be a TPS issue? Will the TPS recalibrate and learn the adjustment I made or not? How should I go about fixing this issue? Thanks for any help I can get from you gentlemen. Rick.
