Just in R2C air filter for 800/800S

New R2C filters just arrived today. Give us a call if you have any questions or to order. We have plenty in stock and usually ship same or next day.

These are an easy to service air filter. Tap out the dirt and then blow/vaccum out the balance. If they get really dirty you can spray them down with simple green, soak overnight and air dry. These filters filter down to .3 microns.

Bilsteins Podium At Stampede!!!

John Duckworth # 1920 worked his way to the front to grab the Pro UTV win at last weekends Metalcloak Stampede. This was the first round of the Ultra 4 West series and puts John at the top in the current standings. John had a disappointing loss at this years King Of The Hammers. After having a solid run and maintaining 3rd a catastrophic transmission failure on Jackhammer would end his run. His next challenge will be the Vorra 250 which will give him a warm up for the Vorra/Ultra 4 desert race in August. We signed on with John to run our Bilstein package knowing the brutality of the Ultra 4 series and to put them to the ultimate test. So far so good!!

This is no surprise, simply put Bilstein builds the highest quality shocks on the market. Bilstein is the originator of modern shock technology and was the first to use Nitrogen in their shocks. They were also the first to maintain true separation between Nitrogen and oil making for a cool and consistent running shock. Bilstein controls all of their raw material which allows them to maintain the highest quality possible and control cost.

What does this mean… It means that Bilsteins are a high end quality shock that will compete head to head and surpass most shocks in all categories without braking the bank.

DIY Bling!

We ended up wrapping our car in house with a pretty cool matte metallic apple green. The black fenders looked good against the green, but I just wasn’t feeling the black mounting bolts. So here’s what I did…..

Hit the heads of the bolts with some 400 grit wet dry sand paper and the coating came right off.

Busted out the drill and polishing wheel and dressed the wheel with a little liquid metal polish and put a quick polish on the heads.

Cleaned them off with a little brake cleaner, and hit them with a light coat of clear enamel so they keep their luster.

Now they reallly stand out against the black fenders.

So if your up on your honey do list on a Sunday afternoon and there’s no sports on the tube, this is an easy project that adds a little bling to your ride.
