650 xmr elec mods

hey guys im new here and new with my 2015 650 xmr 🙂 hade a 400 xplorer polaris moded before. now my big question issss where can i find a wiring diagram reason is i hade a tacoma long time ago and ive moded my ait sensor to make the ecu see only cold air i did that with a resistance. instead of buying a big mod box optimizer for 300 buksss well a small 50 cent resistance does almost the same thing. so if some one did it alraidy what what the resistance needed and witch wire and where easyest to get and safest 🙂 thanx for ur time hope some of yall use this as a good cheap mod 🙂

Outlander L XMR 570

So I currently have a 2005 outlander 400 XT. I want to upgrade to a new machine. I’m down to 2 machines. One is the 2016 Outlander L Xmr 570 and the other is a Suzuki king quad 750. I love my can am I’ve had it for 10 years now and I’ve had to replace the front shocks, drive shaft and brakes. My brother has a king quad and loves it never had problems. I know some people who have bought a brand new can am and have nothing but problems with them. Basically in the shop right after a few trips. I know can am has the best power out there but I don’t want to go over 750. Plus I don’t want to spend no 10k on a bike either. That’s why I was looking at the new L Xmr 570. Same power has the king quad but all the features I want. But will the reliability be there? I grew up on suzukis and I like them alot to. Also my next bike I want power steering

What is the difference between the L and regular outlanders?
Do you think the 570 will be ok for mudding and with those mud tires?

This is a big purchase for me so I want to make sure I make the righy choice and get the best bike as I want it to last 10 years like my current one

2015 xmr 800 ride height????

I need to ask a favor from fellow 2015 800xmr owners..i need someone to measure there bikes ground clearance. I changed my shocks to fox podiums because stock suck an kept blowing them. However I forget to measure the bike before I change them. I want to know how close I am to stock ride height..so if someone could measure to the front bumper or top of the fender or anywhere aslong as U tell me where u measured it.

Maverick engine in a XMR??

Got a 2015 Outlander XMR 1000 in digital camo on the table…..can buy it right, but want more than 82hp, and really more than 89hp! Plus I would never spend 15K on one.

With that said, has anyone on here completed the swap to a Maverick engine? I realize I will need:

-Maverick engine complete.
-Reflashed ECM
-Some sort of fuel tuner
-Complete exhaust for extra flow

Can I use the stock Mav primary….or the outlander primary?

I am thinking aside from the tuning, this should be pretty much a plug and play affair, just trying to make sure I have my ducks in a row before pulling the trigger.

The XMR is a 2015 digital camo 1000 with only 32 hours on it.

Intake

Can someone post a picture of a XMr with the gauge pod off. I have the BRP snorkel kit on and want to convert to the XMR style stealth snorkel due to the wardens around here. Trying to see what parts I need and how it all works under the gauge pod. Thanks

Where is the extra weight coming from?

I’ve been looking into buying an xmr and when checking the specs I noticed that the xmr is 200Lbs heavier then the XT I figure the silverbacks are each probably about 20Lbs heavier then the stock tires on an XT. Can anybody tell me where else the xmr is getting the extra weight from?
