Well I decided I couldnt take it anymore and took the xmr to the atv park. I ran it for about 3.5 hours all over the park in various terrain. Overall the atv is amazing, the power just keeps goings and the tires almost worked like paddles in the soft sand. I could go about anywhere in 2wd without an issue. I was actually really surprised at how well the tires did.
It didnt take too long to find a mud hole and burry the ass but she chewed right back out, pretty amazing. I could go anywhere others went and got stuck without an issue. I also got to use the winch and help a popo get outa the mud. Met some cool people, had alot of fun.
The only downside I found from the XMR in particular is the low shock travel, it gets to be pretty dangerous when you are going threw washouts or anything that needs the front articulation. She just wants to teeder over on one side and roll over. Other then that is performed flawlessly on the trails and sand pit.

I currently have a full Muzzy Exhaust, my muzzy "can" has broke and is falling apart. My question is can I put a different slip-on; with out changing my tuner program?
I’m Thinking
►HMF
►Yoshimura
►Looney Tuned Exhaust
or any advise

Fix to loosing Amercan Star heim ends, credit goes to my Cummins Diesel Engineer neighbor who turned me on to these washers, but the down side is "what he told me" is they take a lot of force to get them off once there on.
Dear members,
I know you might be fed up with one and the same posts, however, believe me I have searched, researched and looked everywhere to solve a stupid discomforting problem with my headlights. the problem: when I turn the quad with lights on, and use the low/high beam switch my lights work individually but not together when on hi.
Standart problem, right, but not that much because:
1. I checked the switch inside for meltdowns or anything wrong, NOTHING everything looks brand new, the springs are there, and all the small connectors move freely.
2. checked fuses – they are perfect, but just to be on the safe side I changed them with brand new ones
3. Checked the relays – nothing wrong there too, I even switched them around and everything else works perfectly.
4. Checked the wiring – everything seems fine…
I have no clue…I need both low and hi to run simultaneously since I ride a lot in the dark.
The only new thing I did to the quad before this happened, was to connect my LinQ rear storage light to the accessories plug on the right side under the seat.

I’m looking at buying a used 2013 xmr 1000 and I see people are saying differential needs rebuilt with low milage . Is there a problem with this before I buy one?
With winter right around the corner I’m planning on getting a plow for my new xmr 850 . I was just wondering what everyone is using for plow (alpine flex, warn, moose, etc…..) what’s the prons and cons to each plow , the prices ?? Used a front mount arcticcat plow on my mud pro And loves it , it was easy to install and remove .
I have a 15 1000 Xmr. Looking at getting a plow. Has anyone used or is using a flex plow? What are your pros/cons to it? Where can I find the best price for the set up? Thanks
