have a G1 renegade and broke the rear tail light lens.
lens assy is fine just need the lens and don’t feel like spending
$50.00 on a complete light assy. you would think that BRP would sell
this pce…. NOT !! Anyone know of anywhere that i can just buy the lens ??
Had a set of cubes up front…20 watt with 5 watt osram led. ..wicked for the size.anyway I have 2 9" bars coming for the bumper so I mounted the cubes on the bars…I like it and was easy to do…just needed 10" of 1/8×1" flatbed which I had.moved the switches as well for easier access.best of all my dash isn’t blocked off either….had to trim and modify for final fit but I’m happy with it

So I was digging around greasing the drive shaft and just generally looking around to see if anything stands out. Well if you dig enough you will find something
My left rear inter shaft has play where it entires the diff the right side seams fine. Not sure how much longer this diff will hold together. I have begun to look into a upgrade. I have contacted mud and wheels to see what he has

after some fresh fuel and a new fuel filter she started running better and better so I ran around the field a little bit and i was about to try and do a wheelie and when I have her gas all I heard was a grinding noise. It sounded like it was stuck between gear so I shifted around and it just made the same terrible noise. Even in neutral! So I got a tow back and on the way back it still made a little noise

So I figure I’d go ahead and assess this before the issue gets really bad. Got the renegade driving around and I noticed anger a little while it would sort of spit and sputter at random times. Sometimes off idle. Sometimes at deceleration.
I have a couple theory’s. 1. Water in the gas because the gas can was left out in a bit of rain but it did have a rat stuffed in the nozzle. 2. Water in the air box. It was raining a lot on the drive home after I picked it up and the snorkels aren’t set up the best for keeping water out and water actually did get in the belt box. 3. Dirty throttle body maybe? 4. Lack of back pressure. The aaen muffler is pretty much gutted with no end cap, baffle, or spark arrestor

went of the deep end and bought an 07 renegade 800. Ima work on getting yall pictures. But the only way I could afford it is there was a few "minor" things wrong with it. First order of business, it needed a ujoint. But after pulling the diff and the shaft it appears that the u joints are brand new and they’ve already exploded because the yolks are bent so that turned into a new drive shaft. Next the seller said the solenoid went out so you have to jump it with a screw driver but after messing with it she starts perfectly fine in neutral. And last order order of business, it was pretty rainy on the drive home and I think some water got into the snorkels and got the belt wet and she slips, so I looked under the belt box for the drain plug and I can NOT find the darn thing. I know my 07 outlander had one. do the renegades not have one? and of not is it a dumb idea to just drill a hole on there and screw in a bolt?
