Ok, I’m just trying to make sure of this.. Will an 08 renegade rear prop shaft assembly, directly fit my07?
I ask because the part numbers are different, but I hear everyone say everything will fit from 07-09..
The part # I’m looking at is 703500704, which shows for an 08.. On parts warehouse it says 703500801, for 07-09
So I sold the money pit outlander and looking for another can am. I’m currently looking at a 2010 renegade 800r with 119 hours and 715 miles. The ad says it needs a front diff seal and front axles, which doesn’t seem like a big deal to me but after talking to the guy he said the ignition switch is going out because you put the key in and turn it on and the gauge come on but it wont turn over and you have to keep turning it off and on until it will turn on. Sounds to me like it could have some serious electrical problems lurking and I gave been there done that with a whole new wiring harness on my outlander. I just dont want to end up with another piece of crap like my last one that will go 3 hours of riding and have a whole nother problem and I want you guys opinions
Ok maybe not, perhaps the most powerful on my street. So I finally got it running the way I like it. I’ve got the Aaen pipe on, an EHS air box, the clutch has been completely rebuilt all I need is a decent fuel programmer.
Took a quick boot around the neighbourhood for something to do. You know for an 08 with about 5000 miles on it, it still goes like hell.
Anybody have pics of radios on renegades ? I have seen the wetsounds sound bar but the smallest they make is 20" wide, not sure where I would mount that. I have looked all over the old internet, but cant find anything but the big kc light looking speakers… Any help would be appreciated

I replaced my belt this weekend. Before I took everything apart I looked around online to see what I would need. I bought the bolt that was needed to spread the secondary apart. I was surprised when I got inside the cover and saw that I did not have a tapped hole to thread the bolt in. All 3 holes where threadless. I drilled out a hole and tapped it and everything else went smoothly.
Do I have the clutch that comes on the Renegade?
BTW, The belt was OEM BRP. I didnt shred it, I burnt it up drag racing one weekend. Do not hold the brake and raise your rpms for a better launch unless you want to burn a groove into your belt.
Just seeing if any of you have a suggestion for a nice radio. I have a 2012 renegade 800 and I would like to have a nice one on it. I’m not interested in the big pvc pipe ones but I do want good sound. Hoping to find a good sounding speaker to maybe mount where the mirrors go on the handle bars. Just let me know. Thanks

I have a new build on the way in a few weeks and will be getting a led bar for it. It’ll have a gorilla axle rad relocate bumper. Just wondering where everyone mounts their light bars and what mounts are used? If anyone has a picture post it up!
