Can a G2 Renegade DPS system be rebuilt

2012 Can Am Renegade 800XXC. I was racing on saturday and I hit a tree with my right front tire and the tree won. I snapped the lower splined shaft from my DPS system. I have the DPS system removed and was wondering if anyone has ever replaced just the shaft on the DPS. The dealer parts diagram only shows the unit itself being sold. I cant find a parts diagram on the DPS itself to see if the shaft can be replaced. I have another unit bought and on its way but would like to rebuild my broken one if I can for a spare or to sell and recoup some of my costs. Thank you in advance.

Labor Day weekend rides?!

Anyone doing a Labor Day weekend ride?? Here in Florida they are triple canopy ranch, with an event and a place in holopaw, 10k acres of wet lands, with a lot of riders going..

It would be cool to end seeing others from here out riding.. Anyone have any recent big trail/holiday rides post them up

Overheated, now clutch won’t fully disengage/high idle

A few buddies and I went riding last weekend in some soupy mud and my radiator got clogged without me knowing, and the wheeler overheated and went into limp home mode. Stopped immediately and splashed some cold water on her and waited till the limp mode was gone and kept riding. The process repeated about 3 times and had no trouble the next day. This weekend I got the wheeler out (the radiator was clean of any mud/debris) and it overheated again. I realize the radiator could be swelled and I may have to get a new radiator. The thing that concerns me is that I noticed that there is a high idle now and the clutch won’t fully disengage. When starting for the first time it idles around 1800rpm, before it idled around 1400rpm. While in any gear after letting off the throttle the clutch will not disengage, period. I have to manually stop the machine with the brakes and then it will disengage. I changed the oil and everything looked like it normally should. To add, the machine has about 2000 miles on it and i haven’t touched the belt or any clutching. I’m puzzled and almost a bit scared. Please help!

Differences between different years 1000 Xxc?

Going to move up from a DS 650 to a Renegade 1000 Xxc. There are new discounted 2014’s and 2015’s out there. I haven’t had much luck finding what changes were made each year; I know about the engine changes for the 2016 but other than that I’m not finding anything. Can anyone help me with info? Thanks.
