I installed the 13 bolt CVT cover upgrade this week. When I took my primary clutch apart I noticed both springs for the one way bearing were broken the spring caps looked ok, but the springs were in 3-4 different pieces. surprisingly they still work well enough for me to ride this weekend but I need to replace them. I also broke the ring that goes between the main spring base and the one way bearing. I think this is to keep pressure off the actual ball bearing under it, not sure. I broke this while holding it, didnt take much force at all, just a little squeeze and snap.
Does anyone have an exploded view of the primary clutch assembly? Hopefully with part numbers, but even if it just gives the official names of these parts it will help when ordering them from the dealership. thanks

I have a 2011 Renegade 800, im going to start by telling you what I’ve ALREADY tried so people dont jump to telling me the usual fixes.
I have Pulled the Gear sensors and cleaned them, I have replaced the connectors for the sensors, I have checked the fluid and its full, I’ve chased the wires down and found no rub through spots, I’ve pulled and cleaned all battery terminals and connections.
My symptoms are – Bike fires up and comes on fine woth no code, will sit and idle no problem, I can put it in any gear and everything operates correctly including proper gear appearing on display…. the problem begins when I give the bike throttle and start It moving, as soon as I do that it pops up "E" in the gear position on display and throws into limp mode and I get a P0705 code.
HELP ME PLEASE!!! I HAVE 6 HOURS INTO THIS WOTH NO SOLUTION

Got a sweet deal on a 2011 800 with 300 miles, a vendor I work with weekly through work has had this in his shop for years. he starts it up every week rides it around his yard, keeps a charge to it even washed it a couple times. He had a friend buy it new and moved out of town for work and couldn’t take it with him. Long story short, and stack of $100 bills, its now in my garage. I plan on doing a few things to it to fit my needs.
Winch, rear hitch w/ tiger tail, exhaust/tuner, and full skids. I will probably to fender extensions and hand guards also but ill wait and see how necessary they become.
