got quick question, just bought outlander 400 2008 – and there are no H or L indicators on speedometer. The rest (N, R, P) are OK, but no H or L. Is it wrong or its normal? I was pretty sure thats something wrong with my quad, but just saw service manual and its mentioned also only about N, R, P – no H or L – like in table below.
I’ll be glad if any user of outlander 400 could explain me it

I’m looking at a winch for my ’16 Outlander 570. I was looking at the Warn ProVantage 3500 or the Superwinch Terra 35. Anyone recommend one of the other? I’m gonna go with synthetic line no matter which I get.

Is warn really worth the additional cost?
Will the Terra fit(I have heard it doesn’t on previous models)?

is leaking diff fluid from the seal where the axle enters the diff. Is this common or is there something bigger going on?

The dealer said that the seals "dont usually go bad" and he’ll "have to take the diff apart to check for bigger issues"

Does this sound legit or does this sound more like the $$$$ grab?

Thinking about picking up this mirror and installing on my Warrior until I get my XT-P (Hopefully soon! Trying to find a 2015 around me with no luck so far.)

My question is, does the way the hand-guards/grips are designed/mounted allow for how this installs? What about with the heated grips? I can’t tell in the videos/photos I’ve seen.

It gets inserted into the end of the handlebar and is tightened down by expanding a rubber stopper. Cubbeezx has a recent video it’s installed in, but he has the XT handlebars.

2013 650 max xt. My throttle control is too sensitive, it is hard to keep a steady control on decending hills causeing the quad to lurch. Is this normal or do I have a throttle position sensor problem. I swap rides with a Polaris rider and his quad was way easier to control.

So I have my clutches torn apart and want to service the one way bearing while im there. I have seen on only forums and in the service manual to use isoflex grease. Anyone taken a look at the price of this stuff and not to mention you cant buy it at any brick and mortar store. Is there a particular reason why I MUST use isoflex grease as opposed to any bearing grease? I would also like to use this grease for other parts on the bike. Also if someone could list what the grease each ride or for maintenance that would be very helpful.

Ball joints? drive shafts? steering knuckles? Swing arm connections? I am usually that guy who puts gas in something that goes so I want to make sure my investment is well taken care of. Your help and response is much appreciated.

I ordered a 10" light bar, but it doesn’t come with a switch or any other wiring to install it.

Other then a generic switch from princess auto, do I need a relay or anything else to wire it up?

I saw a wiring harness of some sort on Can Am’s accessory page, but I don’t think I’ll need a $160 wiring harness for a simple 10" light bar

Howdy all! I’ll preface by saying I’m no mechanic by any means, just a regular guy who does his own maintenance when I can.

Looking to do some maintenance on my G2 650XT over the course of a few days and wanting to put it up on jack stands. Can anyone tell me where the safe places are to put the 4 jack stands? I did look in the owner’s manual but it isn’t very helpful. My old Rancher didn’t seem to care on placement too much, but with all of the factory plastic under this thing I’m not 100% where they should go? If anyone has pictures for reference that would be helpful as well. Have also considered going to Harbor Freight and buying one of the $90 lifts, not sure if that would be a better option? Thanks in advance!
