People say the QSC/STM set up offers smooth transition when applying throttle I was wondering if the STM rage 3 primary clutch with the factory secondary would feel similar.

I have been shopping for a new 2015 model and have come across three at three different dealers that capture my interest.

1- 800XT in pearl white for 14k
2- 800XT in camo for 14.3k
3- 1000XT in pearl white for 15.6k

Is the 1000 really worth the extra $1600 over the 800? I have driven 800s but never a 1000. I know the 800 is plenty powerful for what I want to do with it(extreme trail riding) but I do ride 1000cc sport bikes so I can be power hungry at times. Also, how durable is the pearl white color? Is it prone to black marks or scratches? I do like the camo and how it would be more durable and hide damage easier but slightly like the white more. It all looks good when its new.

Just wondering how old some of your guys’ kids are that ride passenger on the back of your max? Im thinking when they are tall enough that their feet can touch the floorboards?

Any one replaced their rear axle seals, I will do both as it only make sense but any tricks to easily remove them after the axles are off, ?? Thanks in advance. :th_smiliewavey:

Okay so this is my first post and i need help. I have a 2014 outlander 500 and i have 27in mega mayhems but i want to get larger tires do u have any ideas of a good lift kit and also a good clutch kit. Hi guys I was wondering if there is anybody out there that knows what the small thin black wire that goes into the winch solenoide is for and where it goes? I had to take it out a while back and now I cant seem to remeber how the wires go. L I looked around but cant seem to find a diagram out there similar to mine. I have an 09 outty 800 with a 3000lb warn winch. Thanks

I shouldn’t complain, but here goes. ive had my 2013 1000 outlander max XTP for almost 3 years and this is the first time I have had to change an axle and what a beast it is to do! I cant believe I have to remove the trailing arm to get the new one in, of could the old broken one came out on its own.
I did buy a rhino axle from superatv, not really sure if it is better as it appears to be the same size. Have you guys had good luck with these? am I missing something on the install?
