I’ve been researching and have found some aftermarket for my 450L, but my main issue with the machine is the speed and torque. My friend an I have both agreed it has much more potential for speed with a 450cc engine.
Im planning to mount a RJWC exhaust in the future as well as bigger tires. (still stock) I was wondering if a aftermarket clutch spring would help with getting more torque for the mud holes but also possibly getting some more speed. i expect that more aftermarket will come out but what options do i have rn? i love the machine but my last was a 650 brute force, im not expecting the same power but i really think this 450 could run alot stronger. So after just telling my old man I bought a 12 inch Cree light bar off eBay,he goes on to tell Mr he bought me a 23 inch osram for x mas,,my question is,the 12 inch Cree is 70 watt and the osram is 240 watt…is 240 watt to much power to draw from the bike,,I know they have an output of 625 which is good but I don’t want to hook the light up if it’d gunna draw too much power

I havee a rear backrest with lights and.handwarmets….I have the lights.figured out and they are.led so I’m going to attach them directly to the existing harness….the handwarmets are.a.different story thought. ..since ether draw.3.amps I don’t want to.attach them to the.twilight. …im looking for a 12v switched source in the rear.of a max that I can tap into.
Parts are finally rolling in to lift my 800 xmr. Only going 2 inches. C-fab 2 inch extended trailing arms with 2 inch lift built in. Wheel bearings will be in tomorrow. So I will be installing the trailing arms. Plus a new rhino rear axle for the stock one that’s clicking.
waiting on my patv arched front arms.. I was told they had em instock and would ship last thursday. Still no tracking number, No reply to my emails and not returning my phone calls. Getting frustrated with them and about to cancel the order..
32×10 mudder inlaws are in. They measure 31.25 inches tall and 9.5 wide unmounted.. I have DWT black chrome Diablos 14×8 coming in. Will be here tomorrow so I will get my tires mounted on them..

I bought a new repair manual from brpmanuals.com which I downloaded from the site. It seems well laid out but the only thing I cannot find is how to replace the wear ring on the propeller shaft to the front differential. Does it show in any of the other online manuals, im happy with this manual but cannot find that info.I know there are a few sites that sell different manuals but I would like to know if it is in any manual.
