I recently picked up my new ATV. I just noticed that the rear tires on my Outlander are 25x11x12’s. In the catalog, owners manual, and website the tires are listed as 25x10x12’s. Has anyone else bought one of these with this size tire?
Thanks.
I am hoping to get some advice and any direction you can offer. I was riding this past weekend. My ATV got stuck, and everything went wrong. At first, the ATV would not engage well. Next thing I know, I could no longer change from forward to neutral or to reverse. When I got home, I took the primary and secondary clutch off [mud had somehow gotten into the belt housing]. The primary clutch spring and spring guide were stuck in the clutch [pictures below]. The bearings can off the shaft, and I now have 2 small loose springs [picture below]. I cannot get the spring out of the clutch, and I have no idea what to do about the bearings. Can you please offer me any guidance? Do you have any thoughts on how to keep the spring from jamming in the future [other than just avoiding mud]?
My 800r Max LTD has been getting lots of oil in the air box. (I have never put it on its side or had it at any extreme angles). I took it to my dealer in August to have it fixed; they kept it for a month and told me that it needed some kind of seal and gear that’s on the side of the motor. They calmed they fixed it but the next ride I went on it was doing the same thing. I took it back to the dealer and explained to them that I was not fixed. They have had it for over a month again and they cannot find the problem. At first they said it need a read valve that’s in the crank case and now they said it might need a top end rebuild. This blows my mind that at 2,000 miles it may need to be rebuilt. Has anyone had this problem with the oil in the air box and has anyone had to rebuild theirs with such low miles on it. Keep in mind that my quad has been dealer maintained and I baby this thing like it’s a Cadillac.

I have a 2011 Oulander 800 XT. I’m coming up on my 100 hour mark. What do y’all do for this service? I looked in the tech section for a thread on this but none of the links work. My dealer quoted me $400 just to get started plus oil, filters, etc.

Been trying to deal with RealTime ATV to get an RJWC slip-on for 2 weeks and can’t seem to get it done. Maybe he’s hunting or whatever but I need this done. Anyone know another retailer for RJWC in Canada? Must be someone …
