So I tried to upload a video but it won’t let me for some reason but basically here’s the issue.
I have the bike in park. Hold the back bumper and rock the bike back and forward and the rear axle where it connects into the rear diff clicks….
If I hold collar in the pic where it meets the rear diff u can feel it click while rocking the bike…… Normal? Problem? Ideas?
Thanks fellas

I am rebuilding the motor on my 2010 800 Outty XTP. I bought a complete Can Am gasket kit and I am wondering if anyone knows where there is a list or diagram of where each gasket goes. I have found where most of them go but there are a few that I cant find in the manual and haven’t found while tearing the motor down. This is my first motor rebuild and I want to make sure that I dont miss any necessary replacements. Thanks for any help guys.

Just a little FYI for everyone, not sure if anyone has had this issue the 2015 power commander is not fully compatible with a 2016 outlander xmr. After some trouble shooting found that they switched the power and signal wire on the tps. Had to swap the wiring on the power commander harnesses.
I am running QSC Primary Clutch on 2015 Outlander. On Gen 2 bikes the QSC primary is removed with the OEM clutch puller. I have about 1,000 miles on the clutch and was going to remove and clean. Having issues pulling the clutch. I have threaded the puller on with a 400 ft-lb pneumatic impact and seemed to bottom the puller out. Meaning I can’t get the puller to turn any more and have impact turned up to max. The clutch has not moved at all. Tapped with a rubber hammer to break loose no luck. Anyone have any tricks or alternatives? I can’t believe this clutch fits that tight. I torque to spec (75 ft-lbs) when initially installed with a torque wrench. Get a bigger impact? Concerned about breaking the tool in the clutch. I know the OEM clutch removal tool is a taper design, does it bottom out? Will it keep turning with higher capacity impact? Any help is most appreciated.
I’m looking to install a set on my bike this winter and I’m not sure whose to go with. I’m leaning toward the Bom racing ones because I’ve heard a bike like mine with them installed and it sounds really nice. I’m not concerned about hp gains I just want the lumpy idle. I heard you need to take it in to get it tuned afterwards which might be a headache finding a place that tunes atvs where I live. I don’t know the first thing involved in this process so any information will be much appreciated. Thanks

I bought used front bumper from XT model and looking to install it on my 400. I am wondering about the bottom bolts since I believe I need a special bracket to have anchor into but not sure. Have any of you performed this install or have any pics or advice about it?
Have any of you tried the GYZ20HL battery from Yuasa? I am thinking about upgrading my OEM Yuasa (YTX20L) to it. I attached the spec sheet below. I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work………..??
