I have a Yellow 2015 Outlander 800xt and will be buying a Canam Deluxe windshield for it in the next week. I am torn on whether to get the Yellow or the black.
-The Black would be an easier sell as a used piece later on, as it kinds matches all the colors.
-The current handlebar area is all black so a black fairing wouldn’t look bad.
However..
-The Yellow fairing color matches my ATV.
Price is the same..
Help me decide.

Well, those dang Mice got into our cabin garage last spring, and chewed through wiring on my 2006 Outlander 800, resulting in shorting out the computer ECM, when I ran it again (Dealer diagnosed) they are crazy expensive new ($1,049.00+). I found a few used ones for less than half that. They are one year newer & from different engine CC sizes. My dealer is a small one, & said they have not done a complete re-flash, & wasn’t sure if a used one would work. I see some on craigslist and eBay. (anyone have one for sale?) Any suggestions who to call or where to go??? thanks!
What are the best cv boot replacement parts available. I used kimpex one and they lasted a ride, use universal one’s from a auto parts store and they don’t last. I see brands like epi, gambit power, etc what are you using and do they last.
Found an outlander for sale and it has a 2011 renegade motor with 400 miles and it needs a transmission rebuild and a rear diff. The rear diff is nothing about $1000 and i’m in business with an xmd diff the thing I’m curious about is the transmission rebuild. What all expenses would be involved in a tranny rebuild. It’s got silverbacks, snorkels, rad relocate, so I assume it was sunk and thats why it has another motor and needs transmission and diff. He’s asking practically pocket change for it so I figured I would be able to get into it pretty cheap and have fairly reliable bike when its all said and done because all the parts that are known for causing trouble have been replaced 🙂

Hey all, just got a new to me ’14 1000 max XT. It has the CanAm heated passenger grips but the plug is broke – looks like the pins may be broken off inside the switch too. Anyone have a parts breakdown? Hoping I can just replace the wire going to the seat – looks like it plugs into the seat underneath and splits right / left.

Ok I’ve been on a ton of sites looking to get my hands on an actual book shop manual for my machine and all I can find are CDs I hate having to drop what I’m doing wash up go to the pc to run a cd to tell me what to do next. I want a book from the factory that I payed way to much money for that I can get all dirty right next to me while I work on my machine. Looking for a 2010 Outlander 650 XT-P. thanks all
