I know I have to change out my key switch due to it reading bad key and going into limp mode more and more lately but can I just order a new switch and install it myself and be good to go or does it need to get reprogramed at the dealer. Dealer of course says it needs to be brought back there to be.
I have a 2010 Outlander 650 XT-P
Is it worth it to get anodized plates? I would like to put a little flair in the ride but don’t see the point of paying for it when the only time you can appreciate it is when you’re inverted. Thanks
2013 800r XT Max. I have a buddy with the same rig. He’s put a muzzy slip on exhaust and believes he can outrun mine now. Would a CV tech primary alone out do his exhaust gains? Is there any secondary adjustment that I can do to compliment that primary without going full replacement? We have similar wheel tire setup. We bought them a week from eachother and mine has been faster on every drag race. Thanks in advance and please give all recommendations you think of

Could changing the OEM clutches on a 2016 570 L Max improve the usability for heavy towing, logging, and general work duty on steep hills?
Improve reliability? Better low end performance, torque, and tractability? Other? Or is the OEM clutch setup good as it can get in this scenario? Quad is completely stock and rarely goes over 20 mph. Not concerned with reduced fun factor – this quad is only for work.
I tried to do a search on if any one has changed out themselves the Front Diff seal on the input shaft. Mine is leaking and wondering if it is a hard fix. Can it be done with the diff still in the frame or does it have to come out? Just changing out the seal should be not to hard to do, but the Wear bushing on the shaft should be replaced too, so can it be switched out while still in Frame? Thoughts anyone,
Does anybody have a part number for the 4×4 actuator switch. The rubber boot is torn on mine. I can’t find it on any of the schematics.
