Hey guys I am close to getting an Outlander 800 or 1000 in Pearl White but am not sure which rims I want. Can you guys with the Pearl white bikes post some pictures of your setup so I,can get a visual of a free different styles. O and which do you suggest the 800 or 1000?
Changed the oil in my bike yesterday. I noticed that the plug was very tight when I removed it. I cleaned it up while the oil was draining and when I threaded it back in just as it felt like it was snugging up with just seemed to keep spinning. I got it snugged up as much as I could, and it’s not leaking oil, but it is far from being tight.
What’s the best, and most cost effective, method for repairing this without causing more damage? I’ve seen many suggestions for helicoil however they are far from cheap. Should I just have the dealer fix it or is there a cheaper alternative?
Looking to get some 30" Outback Max for the Outty. I tried mounting up my buddies 32" backs today (measure 31") I know the Outbacks measure right at 30" and the backs rubbed just a tad on the front of the fenders under the headlights…so going to get a bracket lift so I should clear the Outbacks. Any opinions??? I was looking at the Super ATV lift as im just partial to their products. I love my arched a arms from them so far!
We have a 2013 Outlander 650 MAX XT that we purchased new a couple years ago. It has always kind of pulled to the right, but it feels worse than ever now. Attached is a pic of what the steering wheel does on a level surface if I just let off. Normal driving requires me pushing on the right side of the handle bar, and turning left requires a lot of force. I’m hoping it’s something I can fix myself, but if I need to take it in so be it.
Hoping somebody here has pulled the individual pins/wires from the fuse box and can explain how to? I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find anything … even a pic of the pins would help see how they can be removed.

hey everyone. so i went out riding thursday and all was well on my machine minus a fuel odor. i took my kids out riding yesterday and i had this very loud howling noise from my fuel tank as well as the fuel odor. every time i took my gas cap off you could hear the pressure releasing from the tank. now i suspect something is up with the vent for the tank. but its a 2015 800 with 200 miles. what could possibly be the problem? im baffled becuse everything is clean. i see nothing out of the normal. prior to this i had not used it in probably a month. im just not sure if there is any common problems with this on the g2. any help is greatly appreciated
Went out riding last weekend and my stator cover got so hot it burned my ankle. Is this normal? Havent had the bike for too long this was my first actual full day of riding so I haven’t noticed it before then..also I haven’t got a engine light or anything so I believe my charging system would be working fine right?
