C-fab extended trailing arms

I have a pair of these extended trailing arms and am concerned about the fact that there is nylon bushings installed in the trailing arms instead of using the factory bearings. I’m concerned with wear not having a bearing here as it was originally designed. Anyone else with cfab arms have this concern?

Noise

Been riding every day after work a little for break in. Last nite noticed a noise. Sounded like brakes at first. But rolled it in gear with engine off. Sounds like its coming from belt or tranny right before coming to a stop. Kind of a sound like dirt on brakes also a little bit like a whistle sound too.Could it be the belt? Thanks

KYB rear reservoir mounting? G1 Outlander

Hello all,

I just did a XXC suspension conversion on my G1 Outlander.

Can’t seem to find a good place to mount the rear reservoirs.

Tried searching and image googling, but can’t really get a placement.

Any body have some pictures of both sides mounted?

Hope someone can help. Thanks

new belt squeal

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could help me diagnose a new noise after an extensive downtime/upgrade …

09 Outy 800r ..Bike went from basically stock everything to

EPI red/white springs
Gates belt
2" lift
Big Gun exhaust
K&N intake filter
Stealth snorks
rad relo
new 1way
28 Mudlites on ITP Rims
Dodge Ram tow mirrors

took it for a test ride and started a belt squeal from a dead stop and if the tires are hard cranked at initial engagement.

the clutch was clayed/mudded bad so I broke it totally down and sand blasted, washed, cleaned everything, new bearing new springs (EPI) and new belt..

now I’m not sure what 1 single thing might have started it. clutch is super clean now

Im wondering if its the new springs not having a strong pressure at initial engagement on the primary. does that sound possible?

Just bought my first ATV. It’s a bombardier ds650. The ATV has been sitting for about 5 years. What are the things I need to do to make sure I don’t do any damage before starting. Thanks
