HELP-2010 Outy 500-Start Prob. first & repeat start OK but …

I have been having trouble starting my 2010 outlander 500 xt max for close to a year now. First start of the day starts perfect. After it has been running and after it has been shut off for 20+ minutes it acts like it can’t get fuel. I have to cycle the pump like 3 times and try to start and repeat that a few times, it will try to start, fire a few times, maybe backfire and finally clear out and run ok. If you shut off warm it starts fine. I acts like an air lock, the one injector is dry but the other it damp like line seeping a small bit and maybe drawing air in when shut off and making air lock BUT if so why does it start ok first start of the day lol. Dealer checked it and couldn’t find any problems. I don’t think they checked pump pressure. It does run fine at full throttle when you would think a pump problem would stand out. It has never quit when running, only after shut off for 20+ minutes. There was a time it would only happen when fuel level was low, fill the tank and would start but now doesn’t make a difference. This is a tough one. I prob should get a gauge on the pump and confirm pressure. HELP, and ideas??

Axle keeps popping out of diff?? Need help!

Hey guys so I got a 2007 outlander 800. The axle popped out of the diff so I replaced the swing arm bearings which were shot and put the axle back in. I road it for about 20-30 miles and then in a deep hole the axle popped out again. I don’t understand why this keeps happening if anyone has any input or had this problem let me know!

Does anybody know what is up with Airdam down in Mississippi?
I have been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks now. No response. My friend sent him $1400 for a clutch and now he is haveing no luck getting in touch with them. He spoke with"Adam" twice and now nothing. Please help.

Rear storage, like a Pelican 1600 but bigger

Has anyone tried mounting a surplus military Hardigg "Medical Case" with Linq adapters yet? I’m thinking about mounting one on the rear of my XMR. Wondering how many inches between the MAX 2-up seat and rear lip of the cargo rack I have to play with. I assume where the top mini cargo box relief cut in the cargo rack is the most forward I can go, but does lean angle / protrusion of the seat back over the rack really come into play? I figured I can hydrodip it if wife’s OCD kicks in and or if she feels the OD green clashes with the feng shui of my XMR’s camo. I’m not really planning to because I know it’s going to get beat up.

Goals: Larger than Pelican 1600, waterproof, dustproof, some what oops proof, cheaper than OEM cargo boxes because I need the $$ for the gold plated rear seat

Drawbacks: Probably have to fashion hinges or attach point for lid, a little heavier than OEM, have to buy a 2nd set of Linq adapters, limited to a 12-13" high model as I discovered I’m too short to see into a 22" high case on the rear of the beast :th_smilieroflmao2:
