I have my boys riding a DS90X and a DS250. I need to get them some sand tires for the dunes was wondering if I should buy the same size tires or bigger or smaller? Does anyone have any recommendations on sizing? I am tired of pulling the DS90X with my Outlander 500. The 4X works very well in the sand but it is a real challenge for the 4×2 bikes.

I need some DS650 front fenders
I have been looking all over for a set of front fenders and brackets for a DS650 but can’t find a complete set. Does anyone on here have a set they want to part with.
how does my bomardier sound?
Not sure if it’s idling hi or low? Its brand new to me and has a bit of modifications done to it. Rotax full exhaust, tm45 carb, and cdi Bomardier ds650:
Can Am Ds 450 won’t start
it had a problem starting so I though it needed a new battery. Then when I was riding it I shifted into 2nd acted like it was in neutral and the clutch wouldn’t engage at all. No grinding no bullshit. It acted like your always holding the clutch in. To solve the starting problem I bought a new battery. Didn’t help. Eventually it wouldn’t start anymore. Brought it to the guy he just assumed it was seized when he checked the oil because there was barley any. Friends dad who rents the garage out to the guy insisted it wasn’t, he knows a lot about engines to because he’s a mechanic. We bring it back and the guy takes a better look with a small camera that goes into the engine says it’s not seized but probably needs a new crankshaft and probably needs a new clutch and probably has other problems. But probably is not straight toward at all. Also note the neutral light pulses when u try to start it. Any ideas?
New DS-X 90 Stalling Issue
Hey guys, posting this issue up for my brother, his sons 2015 DS-X 90 stalls out after it stops, runs fine while its going, no throttle issues, soon as he stops it cuts out, he’s used Seafoam, he thinks it could be the fuel line possibly, not sure though. preciate any help so I can relay the info to him.
2003 ds650 gas tank I don’t think its OEM
Just bought it and getting all the problems fixed.
Tank does not use a cover the front plastic screws right to the tank.
there is no vent hose on the tank.
Im afraid to buy a new stock cap as the tank doesn’t match the OEM tank.
and of course the part that are no longer available from OEM are broken.( The front master and the head light) Header pipe has an o2 bung on it?

Curious how you guys have rerouted the gas tank vent hose and or how short you made it. I was out riding some narrow trails ( first and second gear) and after about 30 minutes of riding I could start to feel it choke up when giving it throttle. Eventually died and after removing the gas cap it fired right up. At first I didn’t out two and two together Until the second time it died (fourth gear on gravel road). If anyone has moved it let me know how it’s worked out and where you routed it. Thanks
