Front Brake Issues

Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum and I’ve searched everywhere for an answer to this so if it was posted and answered before I apologize. I have a 2004 Honda Foreman 450 ES, the front brakes won’t hold pressure. I’ve replaced the master cylinder, and both slave cylinders, bleed the brakes, and adjusted them, spinning all 4 adjusters until tight then backing off 1/4 turn and they still won’t hold. If I pump them a couple of times, the will get tight and stay that way, but after not applying pressure for a few seconds all pressure has been lost. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. Also on a side note, if anyone knows how to remove the rear cam for the rear brakes and clean and re grease it I would greatly appreciate that input as well. Thanks ahead of time guys.

Help with my 01 rancher pulling to one side

It’s the 4×4 so my toe out should be 3/4" +-9/16. It visually looks like one side has more toe out. After doing the string technique around the 4 tires I found the toe out to be even both tires AND the total toe out is 1".
So even though I’m within acceptable parameters I have quite a lot of toe out. My shoulders burn like hell after a day’s riding and a tank of gas so I’m thinking I should bring toe in a bit.
But I still haven’t figured out why it pulls to one side(left). I don’t notice so much on the trails as I do on straight aways and pavement. I lifted the front end and I don’t notice anything unusual when turning front tires by hand.
Any ideas?

2001 TRX250EX Brake cam spins

So gentlemen,

I picked up a well used 2001 TRX250ex and it has zero rear brake action. I can spin the brake cam freely 360 degrees… Before tearing it open, has anyone seen something like this? Without opening it up I wonder if there are any brake shoes in there!? I am a total ATV newbie so lay it out straightfwd pleas… Thanks in advance guys

Need rear Shock help on a 420 SRA

I have a 2010 ,420 and need a stronger rear shock… SRA ……. Highlifter doesn’t make a shock and spring. Only offer a spring. For my bike…. I carry around 400 pounds at times … Spray tank ….. I had a 350 with a Highlifter shock and spring and had a spacer added to the set up. It was just what I needed. A 350 shock is only 15" long ,,,,,,, Now I need my 420 to carry the load. The current shock is apx 17 1/2" form hole to hole. Any of u know of a shock – spring that would fit that dimension. I already have spacers.
Thanks

locking up front wheel

OK so for a few months now, My RT front wheel has been locking up a LOT sooner than the left, based on braking
I really didn;t care, as I don’t use my brakes much and it wasn’t a bid deal to me

SO today I got bored and had free time, so decided to have a look and see what I see
I pulled the rt side apart, and cleaned everything up real good, all seemed OK, couldn’t find anything that stood out
SO< was going to put it back together and do the same on left side
BUT the brake drum just wouldn’t go back on, HUMM!!
it was hitting something, causing it to bind and NOT go on
NOW< it was a little stubborn to come off, but was just thinking its from being dirty and what not’s?

SO< for the life of me I cannot find anything in the way>?
BUT didn’t want to force it on either, as I could have got the axle nut on and tried that, but thought better, as its should go on easy??
SO< decided to remove the brake pads again, and trey without them in there?
and it went right on easy as can be< OK< so, what ‘s wrong with the shoes/pads?

put them back on again, and sure there on right, , work fine with drum off??
OK try again,
Still a NO go?
WTH!!

ok pull pads again, and have a close look at them, making sure there is no front back up side down crap to them, and NOPE There the same
HUMM?
so, then I notice that the one shoe/pad is peeling away from the frame a little and then notice that the other side is even worse, its acting like a spring
SO?
I gather that’s my issue
the dam pad is peeling off the frame and making it too big to fit back into the drum
I also gather this is why the wheel has been locking up under braking, as its a bigger shoe now on this side, and also why the drum didn;t want to come off, as it had pressure on it from the pad coming off the frame of the shoe?

SO< have to order some new pads
got to love the silly things that go wrong LOL

OH its on a 1999 400 foreman, if anyone cares LOL

here are some pic’s of them?
