Hey boys! I’m having a stalling issue with my 500. It has a triangle atv snorkel kit. All the snorkels are sealed well with no leaks. But when I get in water that’s about up to the seat, the quad stalls. All electrical connections are dielectric greased, except the spark plug isn’t. Have no idea what is causing it to stall, any help would be greatly appreciated!

my 2014 1000 bogged down and died and wouldn’t start back up. good spark fuel pump runs. any suggestions? thanks

Hey guys I have a 2011 850 xp eps…parked it over the weekend and now my power steering doesnt work…the light is on, there are no codes and the fuses are good. Went to reflash the power steering module cuz I fig there was an update cuz thats usually what causes these symptoms, and it says there is no communication with the eps module…any ideas?

Hey guys. Im new here to the forum and was hoping to gain some incite and helpful information from here. I recently picked up an 03 pred 500 that a guy had ordered all the part to redo the top end and never put it back together. Ive got a service manual and am planning to put it back together. This will be my first time doing a rebuild. My first question is that there are a couple of light gouges in top of the cylinder head, the guy said his mechanic says they wont matter but im a little concerned. What can I do for these or should i order a new head? Second question is he was the second owner and the original owner bored it out etc. What kind of issues will i come across with it being bored out and if anyone has any helpful information to make this project easier on my stress levels it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!! Cant wait to be ripping it up on my new predator!

Ok I keep blowing the fuse when I try and start my sportsman 800. I replaced ignition switch and start solenoid with no success. Then I tore apart to check for wiring issues and think the new ignition switch is wrong or bad. I used my volt meter on continuity and only when it’s plugged in the yellow wire showed its going to ground. But the fuse only blows when I try and start it which threw me for a loop. Any suggestions?????
