As the title says, got a 90cc 2 stroke. It seems to be not getting a spark. I pulled the plug, put the wire back on it. Grounded it to the frame and turned it over. No spark. I’m sort of a backyard mechanic in the sense that I can usually fix it if I know what’s wrong and have the right tools. But sometimes figuring out what’s wrong is my problem. Especially electrical problems. Can someone stear me in the right direction?

Compression release? Vapor lock?
Every now and then my new 570 won’t turn over. It always seems to be after running, but not necessarily when it’s hot. It acts like its getting caught at tdc and can’t power over it. The starter will try, but it doesn’t go over. Usually if I hit the key again it’ll fire right up.

EBS Clutch or Non EBS Clutch
Hey all, have to replace my clutches, mice got in there while it has been sitting the past couple years and destroyed it with their piss. My question, I have an ’02 500 H.O. with EBS. I want to fix on the cheap as I just use it for plowing and other utility work. Can I put a non-EBS clutch in it?
Thanks!

2005 Trail Boss Swingarm Bushings / Service Manual
Hi, just purchased a 2005 Polaris Trail Boss that runs great except the rear swing arm bushing needs to be replaced. I have searched this forum and can’t seem to find a link to download a service manual to figure out how to take the back end apart to replace the bushings. If anyone has a service manual or any insight on how to do this I would appreciate it.
Also the plug end of the wires that go into the gear indicator switch on the transmission is missing. Can anyone tell me what the order is for the wiring? there is three wires there and when i look into the plug that is mounted to the transmission there are four connectors. Looking to make my own connection just don’t know which ones go where. Thanks for any help!

Scrambler 90 autochoke malfunction
Hi, I have a 2002 Scrambler 90 with the autochoke. It is very hard to start but once it does start it runs perfect and will restart if warm. I suspected the choke as they seem to go bad often. I removed the choke assembly from the carb and put my thumb over the hole and it starts perfectly. It appears that the choke plunger is stuck in the out position blocking the extra fuel it needs for a cold start. I was wondering what would be the best way to fix this. Convert it over to a manual choke or purchase a new electric autochoke? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
