I got stuck in a big mud hole yesterday. Long story short I have water in my oil tank. I’ve watched a couple of videos on how to do an oil change. My question’s are, are there any filters I should change? Is there something I can use to flush out system or can I just ran an extra quart of oil threw it? Is there anything else I.m missing or that I should do? Thanks

How is it going everyone. I’ve browsed a little but cannot find exactly what I’m looking for… I’m downloading a owners manual now to read as well.
Long story short got a steal on a 03 sportsman 500 ho
Buddy of mine bought a 800 razor so didn’t need his sportsman.
Anywho, I am wanting to know if I should swap all the fluids with fresh or?
I’m for sure doing the oil change any other fluids I should change while I’m in there?
Hi I have a 1999 Polaris scrambler 400 and the electric start stooped working jumped the solenoid and pushed the button and it started so I replace the starter solenoid and still nothing so looked further into the bike and found a broken ground wire from the frame to the engine and had that fixed but the electric start still don’t work and don’t know if the ground wire I had replaced is to small of gauge and need it bigger gauge wire or what else could be the problem :feedback:
My 4WD was not working so I removed the front gearcase and found I had a broken roll cage.
My question is that the CV joint couplers? that have a spline input into the front gearcase have quite a bit of play when inserted into the gearcase.
I would say 1/4" in all directions. Both sides are the same.
The coupler splines and the receiving groves in the gearcase look a little warn.
Is this normal or should I replace the couplers and the receiving shafts in the front gear case?
Thet have been this way for quite awhile and do not appear to be causing any problems.
