I have an 05 Sportsman 500 EFI that has a fuel leak issue. Theres a T in the line on the right side of the four wheeler. The line comes directly off the tank. There used to be something in the middle of the T that has fallen out. Whenever the fuel pump kicks on fuel pours right out of the center of the T. Anything I’ve found online doesn’t show me what the T is. Anyone have any idea what the part is? So I can replace it?

What’s goin’ on guys. I’m a proud new owner of a 2008 Sportsman 800 and I wanted to do some simple maintenance. Not too knowledgeable about the motor yet but my questions are:
How many oil drain plugs are on the 800? 1 or 2?
Once I fill the radiator, how much fluid should be in the reservoir on the left side?
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you

So I recently purchased a 05 predator 500, I purchased it knowing it needed some repairs. Through this forum I was able to get instructions on how to adjust the valves and get it started. Runs pretty strong now, have an idle issue but more importantly the starter free wheels most of the time when trying to crank, and when it does crank it makes some fairly bad noise before starting the motor. I’m guessing the issue lies in the sprag, can anyone confirm this and maybe let me know the procedure to make the repairs? Also, any special tools I will need?

I had a hall sensor go about 4 months ago the speedo was bouncing and flickering was not indicating the proper speed. replaced the sensor and I was good to go. Now I have no speed indicator everything else works gear position, slow indicator for reverse, hours, etc. but no speed is this the damn hall sensor again this is my guess anyway?

Hello I have a 01 trailblazer 250 runs great. I just put a new belt on it and it slips a little a flat ground. And it will not go up a small hill at all any help on what the problem would be would be awesome thanks in advanced. Primary spring looks fine clutch are smooth weights move freely

I tried and tried, cannot unplug wiring harness near the black 4×4 selector where the thumb throttle is. I removed a grey plastic piece but cannot unplug the harness ??/ Please help…..
