Hey guys the other day I was out riding and I overheated my quad. I shut it off to cool down and after that I went to start it and nothing happened. My e start, awd, winch, lights, speedometer, etc do not work now but I can still pull start my quad and ride it. My quad is a sportsman 500 ho. Thank you for the help

2002 400 sportsman
The three coils read 1 ohm
No shorts by ohm meter
2 yellow outputs read 13.6 volt at ideal
1 yellow output reads 24 volt.
So were is the short??

The seal where the front prop shaft goes into the gear case on my 2013 sportsman 500 is leaking a little oil. Can I just pry the old one out and push a new one in? Thankso

My project atv is a 2001 sportsman 400. It still goes into hi range and reverse ok but the bell crank is very,very loose. I have a new bell crank for it. My question is….. Is there a simple method for installing the bell crank? It seems extremely tight and I hate to pound on it fearing I may damage the shift shaft. Thanks! I popped a outer C/V joint in the front of my 2014 Sportsman 850. Any advice on Axles? Break was totally my fault. I was winching and front tire caught a cypress knee and turned the wheel to the side hard. I tried to back off with the winch still tight and POW!!! No more outside C/V. Found some pretty cheap on E-Bay. Any thoughts?
