Overheating
1. Pulled and tested thermostat checked ok in boiling water opened and closed
2. Pulled water pump checked impeller no gunk and looked good no parts missing on impeller
3. Tested fan jumped and activated and ran fan
4. Remade connection from fan to sensor at bottom of radiator, not sure what sensor is called,as corroded bad
5. Ran wheeler to barn to pick up snowplow blade fan did activate on way let set in driveway running for awhile and noticed after 10 minutes or so reservoir starting boiling again and spitting antifreeze.
6. Checked all hoses and not leaking anywhere
7. Also when filled radiator jacked up reared to get any air out.
So if anyone has any suggestions that I might have overlooked or other parts that need looking at I would appreciate it and thanks in advanced. Also checked the radiator for debri on both sides can shine a flashlight thru front and back good light pass thru.

Please help with my electrical issue
Could use some wisdom on my problem.
I have a 03 polaris sportsman 500 ho that recently the speedo went out (of course along with the electric start awd etc)
Now before someone starts yelling I have done my searches. I have tried the grounding trick still a no go. The speedo and the ignition are still good as I swapped them to another bike and they functioned correctly.
Also
Anybody have anything I could try?
I thought maybe if someone knew the colors of the power wires needed for the speedo to work I could test/jump to straight power.
Please help I’m getting aggravated

Sportsman 600 twin: overheating??
I got my carb boot replaced along with new set of plugs and it seems to run great now. But I have been seeming "Engine HOT" or whatever the screen shows when these get too hot.
You guys were right about the boot so thought I could figure this over heating issue out myself, without taking it to the shop.
I did notice there is a slow drip of antifreeze from the front where it looks like PO hit something hard. I have kept the coolant overflow tank topped up… Was curious if there is a sensor or something else I need to fix? Seems like a couple hard accelerations in 10mins of ride time and the screen flashes at me.
Let me know!
