4 seater or second ATV or add 2 seater sxs?
Has anyone wrestled with this? My wife wants me to sell my 850 and get a 4 seater sxs so the whole family can go (we have a 4 and 6 yr old), and in all reality it would be cheaper to just buy a second atv. Has anyone gone either way? I truly want to keep the 850 and get a sxs to add to the stable, which in all reality would be the same price as trading in and buying any 4 seater(??) Thoughts and suggestions and if anyone has done any of these I am open. As she wants to put no more money into it, but doesn’t realize the 850 does not have a ton of value anymore…
Toxic pennies
My 4 year old , 8 lb Pomeranian was really sick when I got home yesterday , so I took her to the animal hospital , she was very lethargic , could barely walk and had vomiting and diarrhea , by divine intervention or pure luck as I was going to the truck to bring her she had a bowl movement and made a mess , so I was cleaning her up and there was a round metal object in her stool , it was 50 % of a penny , I didn’t bring it to the hospital but I told the vet about it and he says , what year was it , if it was after 82 it is very toxic and she has zinc poisoning , the 19 are gone and I can read 97 , $2,000 so far
Seat
I have 2014 rubicon 500. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the seat softer? Thanks
Shortening and crimping some big a## wires on a winch install
Putting in a SW Terra 35 and I’ve decided the crimp I’m looking at here isn’t something I can reproduce so I need to figure out who to take this wire to get the end put back on after I get it shortened to where I need it. Never having delt with wires this big I have no idea who I could go to just locally to get this done. What kind of (electrical?) business would deal with stuff like this?

The new look of the atv…
After checking out some cool photos of the newer styles that have been coming out in all the brands, I have to hand it to Can Am for the best looking atv body styles. With a slight nod to the newer Polaris scramblers. The newer Hondas look pretty good stock, however I can’t help feel they took the design from Yamahas grizzly. A little disappointing. And a bit bland…
AnyBody see this before?
ok. So I ordered a new fan control unit for my 98 foreman, put it on, same problem. Put on an oil temp sensor, same problem, oil light does not come on momentarily, so put old fan control unit back on and everything works
So I send back the fan control unit because it seems to be defective. They send me another new unit and I figure I will keep it for a spare.
I get the new unit and install it to check it, it does the same thing as the first unit I was sent! The shipper and I have double checked every number on my ATV and it should be the correct part, but when I try it my oil light will not come on like it does with my original part??
Any ideas on what could be happening?
Thanks in advance.
