well I picked up an oil filter (in all the frustration of trying to find one). Fram ph6017a. I have spent hours researching this and it looks like a made a bad decision. I looked for a wix and k/n but couldn’t find anyone who could match up their computer to a part #.
This is my first post, so I am a newbie to the forum. I have just purchased a Honda 250 Recon, my 2nd Recon and love it. But the question is to do with a 2011 CBR 250 that I purchased while in Dallas. It was a good deal, so I bought it. I want to put that engine on a 4wheeler, and was wondering if it would bolt on, if so, which transmission would I use? The Recon doesn’t use a clutch, so I’m wondering if the transmission from the 4wheeler will work. I found a 2007 Rancher 4×4 for $500 that I would like to put it on. Please understand, I am new at this and have built many cars, but never fabricated a 4wheeler..

Just replased front bearings in my 2003 honda rancher 350. Put one bearing and 2 seals in each knuckle, but the hub still shakes a lot. Im wondering if im missing a piece. What is a steel garder spring? Will that fix the problem if i put one of those in??
Ok, I was just watching the Show Fisher ATV Outdoor Adventures. They stated that you should drop your tire pressure down from 18 to 12 PSI for rocky trails.
I fully agree, except who makes tires that require or will take 18 PSI? My 6 ply rip saws state 7 psi max.

Two new bikes in the club yesterday , a 2015 Can-Am 570 Outlander , very nice looking bike , rides smooth with more than needed acceleration , personally I wouldn’t have paid $8,000 total for it ——second, I think is a cherry of a deal that I passed along to my friend , I know the history of the bike as it was my long time friend who passed away 6 months ago and his son didn’t use the bike once or want it , 2007 Honda TRX350ES Rancher , garage kept all it’s life , what’s really crazy about it is 1,750 miles and 705 hours , so it comes out to 2.5 miles per hour average , my friend that had it used it to spray the fence lines with grass killer and pull a small trailer with feed or manure , I’d say it had a slow paced life , it went for $1,500 , it was a fast sale , the guy that had it got home from work at 3:00 and my buddy was riding it in the woods at 3:30
I purchased a Scrambler 90 off Craigslist and it needs some work done but I’m not sure what year it is. The only numbers & leters I have found where located on the front lower support by the bumper but the plate has a 16 digit code and doesn’t look like any other I’ve seen before. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’m wanting to put a cheap led light bar on the front of my rancher. What is everyone running that won’t cost a fortune? I’ve seen some cheap ones on eBay but don’t know how well they hold up. Also, where is the best place to mount them and what mount is needed? Thanks!
