What’s up everyone, hey I got the 2015 1k Scrammy I notice on my upper left A arm where the break line is secured to the arm I already have some paint flaking happening. I haven’t looked around the quad much for any other flake spots but has anyone else had issues with flaking. Quad has 8hrs on it I think 37 miles, if I was 1-2-3-4 years old I’d expect some flaking and what not. Maybe a rock got kicked up and started the flake who knows but just asking if anyone has had this heppen. Also does polaris make touch up paint or spray paint? Thanks for reading and any info.

I just finished installing winch on rear of my Sportsman. Mounted relay under the seat. Everything works. I hooked up the handle bar mounted switch only, hooked Red into accesory under speedo, then there are a black and green going to relay. I did not wire in the "remote" hookup. There is a white wire on the remote side that goes to the relay. But not on the handle bar mount. It works fine. In and out no problem. Anyone know what the white wire is for? It goes to the relay. I guess I could install, it is just a plug in go, but don’t see I need for the remote and extra cable all over the place. I can get pics if needed. It is a small, 18 gauge wire.

Instructions only show both handle bar mount and remote wired.

How much play, in and out is OK for wheel bearings? The rear wheels on my 2013 Sportsman 850 do move in and out about 1/4 inch. 1,100 miles.

What’s up everyone? I have a 2014 sportsman 570 that I really like but I’m looking to get a sport quad too. Just wondering what you guy think a 2007 ltr450 is worth. It’s all stock and has about 20/30 hours on it. It’s a one owner machine in like new condition. Still has stock tires on it. Any way what’s a fair price any ideas?

Soooo, I while tearing the top end down because of a low compression/no start issue I noticed an ominous hole in the clutch cover.. Removed the cover and a ton of shavings and chunks came out.. Along with some e-clips that were bent to hell. Anyone have any pointers? No idea what happened and not really familiar with these things. I took some pics as well.. I think I attached them correctly, any help is greatly appreciated. I will be looking through the service manual tonight as well.

Does anyone run the Dirt Devil XL and how do you like them ????? ———– I picked up 2 , like new , off of Craig’sList yesterday for $50 for the pair , 26x12x12 , I usually don’t buy tires that I have not tried or had ridden with someone that had them but the price was right , I seen they list for $120 each and $80 plus shipping was the best price I found , very aggressive looking tire , they look like they ride short being off the rims and no air , the guy says the tires made 3 rides then he sold the bike and got a bigger one ,and I would have to believe him as they look brand new , hope to post a pic this evening —— 6ply nylon and very stiff —–the threads are very similar to my Mudzillas —–hope to have them on my wifes 300 2wd for this Sunday’s ride , wife informed me last night that there will be no Saturday ride unless it’s a midnight run and I have no choice in the matter and I am going to her god childs’ birthday party , like it or not , oh boy!!! , nothing really wrong with her ITP’s but I want them for another project , she don’t know she is getting new tires and probably never will if I can get them on her bike without her seeing me

what are your opinion on having heavy duty axles? Would you want heavy duty axles that may not break but make your front diff break or not so heavy duty axles that will break before your diff do. Just looking for opinions on axles to replace OEM axles.
