Did some riding today and when I was loading up my bike I noticed I lost my Warn winch hook and the red Polaris strap.How can this fall off- it is made with the bolt behind the swage? How do I fix this? can I buy just the hook and put it on without cutting the cable?

I have a 2010 850XP EFI/EPS Touring ATV I want to mount a snow plow. A buddy has a 2007 Sportsman 800 which has a Polaris/Glacier 50" plow, mount, and bracket he wants to sell. Just looking at them sitting side-by-side, I don’ t think his rig will work on my machine. Any comments or suggestions? If will not fit, which is best one to get?

Hi…I have a 425 expedition… It started sticking in neutral when you shift from 2nd to 1st (the shifter engages the clutch to shift from gear to gear) then it may suddenly engage as the shift rod releases causing a massive clunk in the trans. Or you may have to just nudge it up with your toe. Ant one ran into this problem and if so what is a solution to it??? Love this machine sure don’t want to damage the gears…

Hello I’m having a problem with my 2003 500 sportsman , it sat for almost a year and I knew that the carb was going to need cleaning and while I had it apart I would replace the needle and all the jets.well it all went back together just fine but when I went to start it ,it idled high and won’t come down! No matter what I did I tryed adjusting the idle with the screw under the carb .im at a loss what to do next

Winch wise what do you guys like cable or rope lines? Also is buying the winch from polaris and paying the extra worth it rather than going to harbor freight and getting one there.
