figure it looks sturdy .. broke the 3.8 mm pin .. first pin ..

got the link i needed out of my chain .. so i go to put it back together .. i press the pins with the flat pieces .. go to drive the pins home with the 2.9mm pin .

im so irritated right now i could scream .

its beautiful outside right now .. and now my quad is immobile.

Hey everyone! I have been researching for two days now on this issue! I have a 97 Sportsman 500 4×4. AWD is not working. Hillard huds are not engaging. front drive shafts spinning,My speedo works, Well,, everything except the light in the AWD switch that I didn’t even know I had!

Yes, there is a little light which works as a fuse inside the AWD button.
I need to know what Watt/amp or fuse or whatever that is. I need specs and maybe where to buy it.
Does anyone one know??

My son has a badlands winch we are putting on his recon. The wires that run from winch to a solenoid box are short and the wires that run on to the battery are long. Can we use the wires that attach to the winch on the battery and run the long wires to the winch motor. This would be opposite of the instructions but would allow us to locate the solenoid box out of the mud and water at the front of the atv. Don’t want to burn anything up so what do y’all think, try it?

Can anyone tell me if an exhaust from a 2014 rubicon 500 will fit on a 2015 rubicon 500? I am wanting to get the HMF Swamp XL.

Anybody install any accessories on their 570 by themselves? I’ll be getting my quad in about a week and I want to add front A-arm guards, front brush guard, and front rack extender. Anybody have experience installing any of these things on their own? How difficult is it? Thanks!
