2011 Honda Rancher rear diff issue

Alright I’ve replaced the rear diff seal right where the driveshaft goes in the differential about 3 or 4 times times now. It doesnt have a lift kit so i’m clueless on what could be making that seal go out so much. It spends a lot of time in mud so idk whether that could be a factor or not. Thanks for any input!!

Shift problem

Ok I have a 2004 rancher 350 es. I’ve owned it for about 5 years now and it has 9800 miles on it. Over the last few months when I shift it doesn’t sound like its shifting like it’s suspose to seems weak. Sometimes you have to push the shifter button really fast to make it shift like it gets stuck in gear. I’ve never replaced the shift angle sensor. When you shift it Manuel it shifts fine. Would the angle sensor be my best bet to replace. Thanks

I have an 05 scramble 500. I have a slight hesitation right away in the throttle. Any suggestions? It is a used machine. Is the jet needle adjustable? Maybe make sure it has stock jet sizes? What do you suggest?

Subtle Jerks

I bought my 2006 Sportsman 500 HO in 2007 and I mostly use it for carrying yard tools, etc. It is a mule to me more or less. It has < 200 hrs and about 200 miles. I have changed oil once and it stays mostly in my garage while not being used. It shifts well and about the only thing I have done to it is replace the battery. However, recently it started slightly jerking. I noticed it in handle bars. It is more profound in 2×4 than AWD but still subtle. In 2×4 I can see drive shaft spinning to move front differtential. At idle there is no jerking. Jerking appears to happen only while moving. I raised front end and didn’t notice any unusual play in ball joints or drive U joints. I have shaken ATV back and forth and side to side and have not noticed any excessive movement. I have not noticed any lubrication drips where I park it in my garage. Any suggestion?

Fit & Finish – Issue not isolated to the 570

So I went to the "local" dealership Saturday (local being it was on the way to where I was going, but still 2 hours from home).

And I decided to pay attention to the seat fit on the machines that were there. I noticed that it didn’t matter the machine, all the Polaris seats where not fitting quite right with the sole exception of a 570 SPT model that was there. ETX, 850, 570, 570 SP, all had weird seat fitment issues. When I looked at the way the seats where mounted it seemed like the front *pins (* for lack of a better word) that the seat slides over may be to high. I didn’t have a lot of time to dink around with it, but I was wondering if anyone else has found a solution that will get the seat to sit on the machine better? Maybe adjusting the pins, or modifying the seat some how. Thought others on here might be interested in a solution if it was available.

I took pictures but haven’t taken the time to transfer them to my computer yet.
