Capabilities of GPS in Polaris Interactive Digital Display 2.0

Wondering about capabilities of the Interactive Digital Display 2.0 (standard in the XC), especially regarding how one loads Tracks, topo maps into the system, etc., to guide a trail/trip. And, is anything available for this device, from maps/trails providers (like FunTrek, etc.)?

Have checked with sales people at 2-dealerships here in AZ, to no avail. That is, they seemed to have little to no knowledge of how well it works, how to interact with it, etc. Seems Polaris is not training their sales staff about this system.

Also, I have done some looking at the RiderX website.. which is supposedly how one interacts with this system… but not clear on what one can actually do.. except it does refer to "making Tracks".

Am using a Montana 650t handheld, which works pretty well … with SD cards available (e.g. from FunTreks.com) of Tracks, etc. it would be nice to have a larger screen (albeit the Interactive Digital Display screen is still pretty small). Am considering buying a new machine/RZR: Is this $800 option worth the money (and, as noted, it is already installed/ comes in the XC)?

Any experiences?
