Camper/Toy Hauler concept – What do you think?

Hey all,
Ive got a side by side and have been lurking around this site when I need to know something and thought this would be a pretty good place to get some good feedback from like-minded people.
Ive taken some time off of work to build a new camper as I feel like there is a place for it in the market. I know people in the past have actually taken pop up campers and taken the running gear off and placed them on a flatbed. I also know that the Scorpion was a similar design. This is a similar concept but its been built from the ground up and is just about completely customizable. I also know there are similar versions with the cargo area being placed on the tongue of the trailer and that can only really haul ATV’s sideways. My camper will allow you to haul virtually any side by side on the back, and when its removed you have a nice deck and awning outside of your living quarters. This one has a stove, stainless sink, hand pump, furnace, converter, outside BBQ grill hooked up to a LP gas line. 30amp cord, fresh water tank, city inlet, stereo, awning, 110outlets, 12volt lights/fans, USB 12volt chargers, storage drawers inside and out, some are lockable. I could also add an AC unit in the front wall and an outside shower as added options. It weighs 2700 lbs and is easily towed by a half ton pickup. Its in my opinion better built than a factory would do, nice qualify wood cabinets, laminate counters, stainless sink, vinyl wood flooring. zippered windows and screen all the way around, zippered cushions and mattresses that are a comfortable 4" thick. These trailers can be built to any length, I purposely did this one to 16′ so it fits in a standard garage. Just big enough for a 2-seater side by side.
Anyways, I told myself if the build went good that I would try and sell a couple and see how it went. Id appreciate any and all feedback/criticisms you can offer.

I’d really be interested in what people out there would be willing to pay for something like this?

I am about double my initial budget on this one and need to make sure it can be done profitably before I market or price it. Thanks in advance.
