I have a 2011 Rzr 800 I purchased with less than 100 hrs on it. I now have 283 hrs on it and perform constant inspection and maintenance according to the manual. On a recent ride the front right wheel fell off. The minute I felt some wobble in the steering I check all wheel bolts, housings and axles. Everything looked ok, about a half mile later the wheel fell off and under the unit. Cottonwood Motorsports recovered the unit and checked it out. They reported that the bolts snapped off in the hub. I need to replace the hub, bearing, wheel and bolts. They checked the warranty and reported that nothing connected by screws or bolts was covered under the warranty. They could not explain what caused this problem. Does anyone have any experience with this problem?:rollfinger:
