I have a question. I have Western Service Contract Corp. warranty on my 900XP. I believe I have destroyed the front diff. Last night I was climbing a hill and heard a loud pop. Thought it was steering a little funny on the trail on my way out. Got to the gravel rd. and it had vibration and was steering very weird. Upon further investigation I noticed my front passenger tire had a lot of resistance, but not completely locked up. I got to pavement and it started squealing. (Not the brake). I put it in reverse and it didn’t do it. Drove home at 9pm in reverse for about a mile to get back. I was planning on going to Mammoth cave the 19th of next month. I’ve called 2 dealers and they are both 2 weeks out which will put me probably missing the trip on the 19th. The dealer I bought it from is closed today. They are about an hour from me instead of these other dealers that I have called today. Hopefully they won’t be backed up like they are here. I also have a full cage, should I have anything to worry about with this warranty and this cage? I was told by 1 dealer that this warranty is good warranty but does not cover the clutch components, (I had mentioned when I bought it from a dealer they told me it basically covers everything but the belt) is that true? Reason I ask, I am having some issues that I believe is to do with my clutch as well…I’ve already bought all the tools and tightened the primary nut and that didn’t fix the issue.
